Avilion is a tremendous Grade II listed property settled on the outskirts of Trearddur Bay in Wales. The property has seven bedrooms sleeping 12 guests, made up of a double with en-suite shower room, a double with basin, a second-floor double with basin, a double, a twin, a single with basin and a second-floor single with basin, served by a cloakroom, bathroom, and second-floor shower room. There is also a kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room with an open fire and a conservatory with dining seating for six. Outside you will find ample off-road parking and extensive gardens with furniture. Avilion is a marvellous choice for a seaside escape with your loved ones. Amenities: Panoramic sea views from most rooms • Large terrace and rolling gardens with panoramic sea views • All bed linen supplied by The White Company • Seven bedrooms: First floor: 1 x king with en-suite shower, basin, underfloor heating, heated towel rail, WC and panoramic sea views, 1 x king with turret and panoramic sea views, 1 x king with basin and sea views, 1 x single with basin and sea views, 1 x twin.
