We had a lovely holiday in this very nice villa. The owner Özgül was very good and answered all questions promptly. The transfers to the villa with Hakan and Emanie went smoothly .Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa we had a great time. We hope to come back soon and would love to stay again.

We loved this house - it was spacious, comfortable and really well-located for shops and restaurants. The pool was wonderful too. The managers were also quick to respond to queries. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a super villa located just a short walk from the centre of Dalyan (6-7 mins max). The private pool is beautiful - all one depth (1.5m I recall) and has an infinity effect with the water literally flowing over the top. Perfect for our two swimming obsessed children. The outdoor gazebo was lovely as a shady bit of solace in an otherwise hot hot hot place. The local supermarket (sevicoglu) is literally two short streets away and has everything you might need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the only slight issue was the power cutting out at random points during the day. After chatting to some local friends, it seems that’s more of a summer thing when local electricity usage is at its peak with air con etc on in almost every villa, so nothing anyone could have sorted. The property manager Özgül was excellent with comms and made sure everything was in order. The local caretakers Emine & Hakan spoke little English but we didn’t need them throughout our holiday so can’t really say anymore. They did what was needed of them. All in all a brilliant stay and so long as the prices don’t go up and out of reach, then I would certainly stay here again. You won’t be disappointed.
