I don't know if there were shops nearby, I was busy attending a CE conference and not interested in shopping. The kitchen had everything I needed.

Quiet, clean and easy to check-in. Beautiful yard and close to antique shops.

We booked this property for our family if 4 for one night, but we had to check in late. The host was very courteous when I gave them a heads up and gave instructions on how to check in which was great. However, there were a few things we were not counting on. The “full” bath upstairs didn’t have a shower bc it’s tub was against a 4ft wall… the space was very strange… this left us using a very small shower downstairs . There was dust and dead bugs on several places near kitchen. But the biggest challenge was that the sofa bed in the living room would not open at all! Because of the late hour checking in, we couldn’t communicate with host and had to sleep on top of sofa and loveseat. Not a very comfortable night.
