this property was exactly what is noted on the website. It is very simple with no extra frills. You get exactly the number of towels you need with no extra for the floor or floor rugs. It could use some fresh paint but overall it was okay. Neighborhood was quiet, house was comfortable.

Although property is recently renovated with new paint and decent kitchen cabinets, we could not stay there and vacated the property after one night. The temperature inside was > 78 degree F even AC was on all time. Outside was cooler than inside. And AC makes ver loud noise. The owner said he would send someone to work on AC, it never happened. Besides AC was working all time and blowing somewhat cold air, however inside temperature never went down. And that was in the evening, during the day time with temperature outside over 80 F, it’s a hot sauna inside. We left and requested the refund. Owner refused to work with us.
