This home has 3 distinct spaces: 1) Main Floor w/ Front outdoor coffee area - As you approach the house and walk up the front porch you will be greeted by a covered porch with an outdoor sitting area.   This serene space is excellent for a warm cup of coffee amidst the new chill of winter, breeze of spring , or for some sweet tea as you watch the family play upfront in the heat of the summer. The other seasons will bring special moments also. Great Front Porch for sitting & Chillaxing in the Fall! 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor - 1 King, 2 Queens Has 2 Laundry area one in the basement and one on the second floor 2) Bright & Roomy upstairs - with Balcony! - The second floor has skylights in the living room which give it an open airy feeling , 2 queen bedrooms on the second floor and a nice balcony. It will help us better prepare for your reservation. ✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in. ✹ Late Check-out: Late check out request are seldomly approved due to the cleaning team is scheduled on your check out schedule at 11am. ✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. ✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost. Guest Access: You will be messaged a code followed by a check mark. This code is enabled in the electronic keypad deadbolt during your stay and can be used to unlock as well as to lock the door. For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form. This property is located in 3900 West 33rd Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44109, United States Getting Around: House located in Old Brooklyn, 6 minutes away from Cleveland Hospital MetroHealth Main Campus, 3 minutes from the Cleveland Zoo. 10 minutes from Downtown, Nearby shops and 8 minutes from Steelyard shopping centers.
