Nestled in the heart of Lincoln, NH (recently voted one of the state's coziest towns), this fully renovated two bedroom rental is the perfect mountain getaway whether it's for 2 nights or two weeks. Located in the downstairs unit, this fully-furnished unit has two bedrooms and one full bathroom, and can comfortably accommodate individuals, couples, or families. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The queen and full bed both have 3" TemperPedic toppers and 600 thread count sheets. The common areas include a fully equipped spacious, modern eat-in kitchen, as well as a warm, inviting family room complete with a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV and entertainment center. The living room has cable, Netflix and Prime Video. There's a "Harry Potter" closet where you'll find board games and cards, and a cozy nook for the kids. Full size Samsung washer and dryer with All Free & Clear detergent for your use. Everything is renovated for your comfort and convenience. Outside enjoy use of the gas grill and wood fire pit along with 4 chairs (fire pit when allowed by town) For those seeking outdoor adventure, the famed Loon Mountain ski resort can be seen from the back deck, and Cannon Mountain is only a short 12 minute drive away. There are variety of nearby hiking trails that range from a very easy walk in the woods to more difficult trails including the Franconia ridgeline consisting of Mt Lincoln, Lafayette, Liberty and Flume, plus there are several more great hiking trails in the nearby Franconia Notch State Park. This rental is in the town of Lincoln, close to restaurants and shops, and is minutes away from White Mountain National Forest. The unit was clean, recently updated, well stocked, and cozy and was located in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay here was excellent. The place itself was extremely clean and well maintained. Nothing was broken or out of place. It could be because it was new, but I think I had more to do with the property owners care of the place. Jenn was super friendly and very responsive. Check in was seamless, and she even reached out to let me know we could arrive early. I will definitely be staying here again!

We loved not only the location, but the apartment itself, as well as Jenn! The apartment is on a quiet side street and there is an Italian restaurant with pizza and a Chinese restaurant within crazy close walking distance. There are also a number of other restaurants all off the main street that are also walking distance. Conway is about an hour away and the ride itself is just beautiful with lots of spots to stop for breathtaking photos. The apartment itself was immaculate and has everything you might need (linens, towels, hair dryer, coffeemaker etc). Jenn was also easy to reach with questions and very kind and friendly. We were there for a long weekend but can't wait to go back for a longer visit!

This is a great little house in a picturesque small town nestled in the White Mountains. The reclining sofa is extremely comfortable, and the huge TV is great. The remodeled kitchen has nice appliances. The property is well maintained and very clean. I highly recommend it.

Great response time between texts/calls with Jen, place was clean and up-to date, everything is at your fingertips for outings/shopping eating and travel… beds were very comfortable. Perfect for our hiking weekend

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay our full booking. We evacuated the property due to an infestation. Aside from the above, the property was conveniently situated, nicely decorated, comfortable and well laid out. The property owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful in addressing all our questions and even made arranged to receive a few packages prior to our arrival. Expedia/Vrbo requested we book alternate accommodations for the night while they sort things out the next day (Vrbo's customer service was unbelievably difficult and frustrating to deal with!)

Our family stayed for a long weekend in the summer and found this apartment to be a great home base for our Lincoln area exploration. The apartment is very clean and cozy - comfy couch, well equipped kitchen, and the kids LOVED the Harry Potter hideout under the stairs. We walked to several local restaurants when we didn’t want to cook - but it has everything you need in the kitchen. Texted with the owners once while there and very responsive. Like any downstairs apartment there is noise transfer from above but it wasn’t a big issue (another family so similar schedules). We visited Loon, Franconia Notch, and splashed in the river 5 minutes south in Woodstock. So close to 93 and just head North up main for the Kangamangus.

Highly recommend this home for those wanting to go to Loon or Cannon mountain. The place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything is updated and it is obvious much attention went into making sure everything is there that you will need. Jenn was super helpful with guidance on how to deal with such low temperatures and for navigating the area in snow. Thanks for a great stay!
