An additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved.
All cabins are Non-smoking.
RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply.
ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property.
The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property.
Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose.
Dogs are welcome at this Kiamichi Cabins property with the following restrictions: Maximum of two (2) dogs.
-If bringing a single dog, the weight limit is 80lbs.
-If bringing 2 dogs, the weight limit per dog is 40lbs.
-No dogs are to be left unattended.
-All dogs must be kenneled if left at the cabin.
-All dogs should be brushed and treated for fleas prior to arrival at the cabin.
-Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture.
-Property damage or excessive cleaning will incur an additional expense.
A non-refundable pet fee of $60 per dog will be charged per stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pinyon Pine Cabin. The cabin is lovely, nicely decorated and so cozy. It’s located in a great spot right off the main highway. The park, lake, grocery stores and restaurants are just a few miles away. Our stay at the cabin was a nice break from the hustle and bustle that we are used to living in the suburbs of Dallas Texas. We were in Broken Bow for our family reunion so we didn’t have much time to enjoy most of the cabins amenities or additional things to do in Broken Bow. We did use the grill to prepare our Sunday dinner. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay just for the rest and relaxation. We would come back again to Broken Bow and stay at Pinyon Pine. We would be happy to recommend this cabin to our friends and family.

Cabin was great for our weekend getaway! It was in the best location, we were close to everything we wanted to do!! Perfect for a couples getaway and super close, would be fabulous for winter weather too! Only thing was we couldn’t figure out the cute outdoor string lights and there was a dead roach in the bathroom, but it didn’t bother us too much.

We were disappointed with the front view a construction area with all the dust and noiseA few things to note kitchen faucet is loose the dishwasher was loose and falling out of the cabinet all smoke detectors did not work we replaced batteries and got two workingThe light over the cook top was out the lights out back never turned off and the ones at the fire pit never workedThe master closed light was out the front large windows were filthy the yard needed attention all of these are signs of property owners not caringAll in all for what you charged us we could have spent a few bucks more and stayed in a brand new cabin on Carter mountain
