Nestled in Lead, this lovely condo for $69 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Cozy condo in the Northern Black Hills with all the luxuries you'll want. This property is near the most beautiful places in South Dakota - Spearfish Canyon, Sturgis, Deadwood, waterfalls, lakes, gambling, hunting, ATV riding, snowmobiling, skiing and endless outdoor adventures! Enjoy the cozy, clean, and rustic décor of the wild west in our fully furnished condo. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or families. BEDROOM 1: Includes a queen bed and large walk-in closet with another roll away twin bed. It is situated right off the living room and accessible to the full bathroom. Includes a TV. BEDROOM 2: Includes a queen bed and large walk-in closet with another roll away twin bed. Situated right off the living room on the opposite side of the condo as the other bedroom. Includes a TV. LIVING ROOM: Spacious sitting area with a full size couch, oversized chair and fireplace. Open concept to the kitchen and sitting area. There is a television with high speed internet where you can have access to all your favorite streaming services. KITCHEN + DINING: Fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and coffee bar with Keurig, creamer, and sugar. FULL BATHROOM: One bathroom in the condo and all amenities re included - soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. LAUNDRY: There is a shared washer and dryer located on the second floor. It is coin operated. Complementary laundry soap is located in the closet of the condo. PATIO: There is a shared patio area just down the hall. From here you can enjoy the gorgeous views of the hills, sunsets, and even deer and wildlife at times. PARKING: There is only one designated spot for parking. However, if you need additional parking there is a larger parking lot up the hill behind the condo. However, it can be difficult to access with a trailer. There is a local grocery store that allows guests to park trailers or larger vehicles as well just 2 blocks down the road. FAQS ------> Where is the Condo located? It is located on main street in Lead SD. - 5 miles to Terry Peak Ski Resort - 3 miles to Deadwood SD - 19 mi to Spearfish - 16 mi to Sturgis - 48 mi to Mount Rushmore Early or Late Check-in? We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the little time we have between guests to clean and prepare the home. Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. We do not allow late check-out as our cleaners again need ample time to prepare for the next guests. PARKING: There is only one designated spot for parking. However, if you need additional parking there is a larger parking lot up the hill behind the condo. However, it can be difficult to access with a trailer. There is a local grocery store that allows guests to park trailers or larger vehicles as well just 2 blocks down the road. Available via Airbnb app, text, or phone to answer any questions. Check in is by keypad. Located on Lead main street, walking distance to local brewery. Minutes to restaurants and grocery store. Area attractions are historic Deadwood, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Sylvan Lake, Devils Tower, Spearfish Canyon, Rapid City Mall, Sturgis Motorcylce Rally, Skiing and tubing resorts, ATV and hiking trails, hunting and much more! There are taxis in the area Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE on covered deck where patio table/chairs are available for use. Coin operated laundry available down the hall - complementary laundry soap in condo. Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am Throw garbage in outside dumpster before leaving Wash all dishes and put away Pull off used sheets from beds and put on bathroom floor with used towels No smoking inside condo

The property was beautiful! It had everything we needed plus some things we didn't know we needed! Trista was great and easy to communicate with. If you're looking for a place to stay...I would highly recommend!

The condo was clean. Located on 2 level of 3 story apartment complex. Air conditioner very noisy. It did not cool the bedrooms. There was a fan in one bedroom but it was noisy as well. No screens on windows.

Very cute and cozy place to stay. It was clean, and everything you could think to need was there. Will definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed the stay, few things to consider the place had a musty smell at first, the dishwasher didn’t clean so we started before we left hoping things were clean and need to cut back the weeds growing up on the ramp. But overall we would definitely stay again.

This apartment was perfect for my son and I to stay during our three-night skiing vacation. - Location: Right in the middle of Lead. We skied at Terry Peak, which was an easy ten-minute drive away. - Material condition: Furnishings, bedding, towels, etc., were all in good shape. Appliances were fairly new and everything worked. - Cleanliness: No problems here at all. - Comfort: Each room has an individual thermostat. There were ample supplies of blankets and towels. - Host support: We didn't need anything specific during our stay, but the check-in process was easy. We had no complaints at all, and would be happy to stay here again.

In spite a bit of a snafu at check in, everything was very good. Comfortable and clean, good location, pleasant host. One suggestion: the condo could use a good teapot and a coffee maker. A Kurig doesn’t do it for those of us who like better coffee and well steeped tea.
