On the main level of this spacious home, you'll find a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating, a large dining table for eight for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a relaxing living area with a gas fireplace and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. Upstairs, settle into a small TV lounge where you'll also discover a built-in desk and chair ideal for laptops for remote work or schooling. Additional amenities include a gas grill and a washer/dryer to keep you comfortable during your stay. WHAT’S NEARBY Seaside's Cove is located just a half-mile from this property. The Cove offers miles of soft sand, great for dog-walking, running, and family fun. It is secluded enough for some peace and quiet to escape a busy day. Plus, the Cove's world-class surfs are idyllic for surfers. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Beach towels are provided. There are beach toys and a handy cart available for you to enjoy a fun day at the beach. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Nice 5 minutes to the beach. Place was roomy and beds comfortable. The only drawback was the trash cans were right by the gate that you had to enter through to get to the front door and the smell from the trash made us gag and had to hold our breath.

Counted 500 steps from front door to beach! We walked down every evening at sunset with a stunning view. The back deck is huge but really not usable during the day with the bad golfers. Heard and saw multiple golf balls hit surrounding houses. The side patio with the fire pit was nice and cozy. Hope to be back at this rental next year!

We've come to Seaside three different times now and this was our favorite house we stayed in. Short walk to the beach was great. Loved being on the south end of town away from all the people. Loved our quiet evenings! Will definitely book again.

The home was beautiful and has a lot for my family and I to come up with to do. From camping right on the side and roasting marshmallows, to playing hide in seek in this spacious home! It was clean, very easy to set up and start relaxing with the great convenience of the gold course right in the backyard.

This was the nicest Vacasa rental I’ve stayed at. All of the rooms are very spacious, the house had everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and away from the populated part of town. Would stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It was clean and in a quiet neigborhood. The home provided dog items in case we forgot anything including a leash which was a plus. It was a wonderful stay and we will return again.

Wonderful house walking distance to Seaside Cove. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom sand two tv areas. There’s a nice deck with a view of the fairway and a patio sheltered from the wind with a fire pit. Enjoyed our stay here and would rent it again.

Short walk to the beach and the Promenade. Short drive to multiple other beaches. Big deck. Well equipped kitchen such that we were able to prepare many meals together. We had 3 couples staying together. There was room to be together, but also had space to get away. Nice office nook was great to do any necessary business while there. Really enjoyed Seaside.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach or the local grocery store. House was clean and beds were comfy. There were plenty of beach towels and beach toys for a great day with the kids. The back deck was great for having dinner and watching the golfers go by. Peaceful location, would definitely come back.

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was awesome. Loved being so close to the beach. The only downfall was the check in process. It was very frustrating and took a couple calls to property management to be able to get into the home. A key would have been so much easier. Aside from the check in process, i would totally recommend this home to other travelers.

Great location and very comfortable home- so close to the beach (just a few min walk) and just a 5 min drive to the main town area/promenade. Beautiful large deck and well stocked kitchen. Loved the wagon and sand toys that we could take to the beach. Short walk to a local grocery store and a few restaurants. No A/C but you don’t need it due to the cool temps and great ocean breeze. We would stay here again!!

This was a great home away from home with all of the amenities you would need. We loved the close proximity to the beach which was about a 3-4 minute walk. The stretch of beach was more quiet and secluded which was great as it was not overcrowded. They even provided a wagon, beach towels and beach toys. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay again.
