Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer. Become a local by visiting all the family-owned restaurants and bars on and off the island. Join in with kayaking, fishing, and nearby golf courses. Ocean Isle Beach offers plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Our favorites are the Museum of Coastal Carolina and the Town Center Park’s splash pad! Best of all, the beach is only a 2-minute walk away! PROPERTY DETAILS This beautiful recently built ocean view property comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to provide a fun and relaxing vacation. Beginning with the ground level, parking for up to (7) vehicles. and an elevator to provide easy access to each floor. There is a private pool, outdoor tiki bar and shower. Our storage area is stocked with (6) beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, an umbrella, two coolers, pool rafts and a second refrigerator! The house is equipped with separate high speed Wi-Fi systems on each floor. No weak signals here. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pull out queen sofa, mini fridge and wet bar, with French doors that lead to a large open deck. The second floor has a large open living area with beautiful ocean views from both the kitchen, living room and deck. There is dining for up to (14). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you will need to cook for a large group. The kitchen also features Keurig and drip coffee machines, a Ninja convection oven, blender, air fryer and a beautiful walk-in pantry! To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. We built this home with your comfort in mind. You will love the sofas, mattresses and especially the hammock by the pool. We’re sure you will enjoy your stay. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make the check in and check out process effortless! One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024. BEDDING & BATH CONFIGURATIONS First Floor: Room 1: (2) Sets of Twin Bunk Beds (full bath, tub shower in hallway) Room 2: (1) King Bed with Private Bathroom (walk-in shower) Room 3: (1) King Bed with Private Bathroom (walk-in shower) Den: (1) Queen Sleeper Sofa Second Floor: Room 4: (1) King Bed with Private Bathroom (tub shower) Room 5: (1) King Bed with Private Bathroom (walk-in shower) IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pets are not permitted at this property. Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property. Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. Everything about our rental home was just as advertised. It was clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for our party of 10. A golf cart was included that made getting to the beach simple. Couldn't ask for anything more.

This is a fantastic 5 bedroom, 5 bath house that is beautifully decorated. Very spacious and comfortable. Great views of the ocean, short walk to beach access and a great pool.

We loved our stay at High Tide! The house was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed to make the week a great one. We loved the outdoor seating in every level, but especially around the pool where we enjoyed each others company in between rain storms and trips to the beach. I highly recommend this property and will be sure to return ourselves the next time we head to Ocean Isle.

We stayed at the house mid June. The house was clean and laid out nicely. Each of our family group (4 families) had their own bathroom which was perfect and the younger kids had a great time sharing the bunk bed room. You can tell its a newer property. The larger deck dining table was on the second floor but the kitchen was on the third floor - a larger table with more seating would have been nice. 9:00 check out was rough. The grill was out of gas but was taken care of that day. The four person golf cart was to small for our group. Pool was great and a nice selection of pool/beach items provided. Elevator was wonderful to have!! There isn't alot to do in the area but we were there for family time so not a problem. Short walk to the beach. I would suggest stopping for groceries before you get there - stores were SUPER busy with long lines and out of items on Saturday. Restaurants (including delivery/carryout) are also crazy busy check in Saturday and the following Friday before Saturday check out.

The property is beautiful. The amenities were completely adequate. Everything we needed was available. The only suggestion I have is to replace the rug in the kitchen. The edges are turned up and it is a tripping hazard. There is also a broken piece at the top of the stairs. We loved our vacation.
