Originally built in 1930, this property has been thoughtfully updated with central air-conditioning and an electric water heater (with better water pressure!) and is ready to host multi-generational groups. Kid-friendly extras include a Pack 'n Play, booster seat, and high chair. The living area features a children's play area with games and books, as well as a wood-burning brick fireplace (firewood is provided) and classic cozy furnishings. The rich wood-paneled walls convey an authentic cabin atmosphere. After whipping up your favorite recipe in the full kitchen (no dishwasher), head outside to the picnic area shaded by towering trees. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: The dock is a few short steps away from the house. When entering the dock, you'll find a handrail with sturdy stairs which allow you to step into 2 ft of sandy bottom, with a gradual walk into deeper waters. The dock is an L-shaped and attached to a boulder. No boat mooring at the dock. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
