About this house rental
This stunning property is truly one of a kind. One of the five originally cotton gins in Levi has been converted to a lovely home. The gin sits on a sprawling 3.77 acres with a tree lined creek on one side. The home is a perfect mix of old and new. From the originally tin to new stone, it truly is a magnificent eye-popping house.
The home is split into two sections. The mother-in-law suite and the main home. The old scale can still be seen in between the two units. The mother-in-law suite is a 1 bed, 1 bath unit with full kitchen and living room. It perfectly matches the main house. The main house is spectacular! The cement floors and granite countertop perfectly match for a stunning downstairs area. The extra-large bar allows for plenty of setting or places to place large amounts of food for family gatherings. The upstairs contains a private reading/game area and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and contains a small office, large closet, dual vanities and large shower. The outside covered deck is a great place for morning coffee or evening drinks while viewing this wonderful property.

The Levi Gin is a short term rental property. The home and second living quarters and yard are for guest use. The event tent and the Chapel are restricted areas and for events only. Any guest using these areas without written permission from D&L Vacation Rentals or one of its staff will be charged an extra fee to be determined by D&L Vacation Rentals.

We had a great stay. The space worked really well for our family, with plenty of room to spread out inside and a nice outdoor area to run around and relax. It made for an easy, comfortable trip overall and we’d definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and large enough to accommodate a big family. Host was easy to contact and quick with communication. We did have a septic alarm go off multiple times during our visit. The host was helpful in telling us how to turn it off. Also know that the house is a good twenty minutes south of the town and some of the roads to get there are gravel/ dirt roads. Over all the house was very nice.

Absolutely beautiful. Property and house. We had 6 males and had plenty of space to sleep and hang out. Highly recommend.
