Come and enjoy this luxurious studio everything is brand new from the top to bottom! Fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer included! Excellent location 5 min drive to Clearwater Beach, 2-3 min walk to Seminole Boat Ramp, 2 min drive to downtown Clearwater! Come enjoy the best of Florida we have everything you need for a home away from home stay! Pictures don’t do this unit justice it’s even better in person! This is a duplex next door is another unit.

One half of a single story house. Remodeled and close to Clearwater sites and beach. Definitely recommend. Good value.

Adorable place, but the mosquitoes thought I booked it for them too. Had to bring in a plug-in like it was mosquito eviction day

The apartment was cozy and comfortable! It was close to all the things we had come to do. Jana was very responsive and so kind and helpful with any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay!

Inside of property was well redone, but can’t change the neighborhood. Needed soap and shampoo. No microwave. Dresser to put clothes would be helpful.
