The Coop de Ville is located in Hendersonville, NC. We welcome all to our brand new modern vacation cabin with its own hot tub deck. Two stories of luxurious vacation accommodations close to all the best of Western North Carolina. We are less than two miles to Hendersonville’s Main St., 11 miles to the Asheville Airport and 25 miles to downtown Asheville. We are within a half hour drive of Western NC’s best recreational activities. This newly constructed home offers a full kitchen, dining area, sunroom/den, and 1/2 bath on the ground level, with a large bedroom, TV space and full bath upstairs. We have a gas range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, farmhouse sink and washer/dryer. Enjoy underfloor heat on the main level. Look for ample USB charging ports in electrical outlets and also integrated in the wall lamps by the bed. The upstairs deck is adjacent to the bedroom and boasts a hot tub w/ a view! The covered porch is perfect for grilling on the Kamado Joe. Our Mini Coop outdoor seating area features a Breeo fire pit. Fun amenities include portable Bluetooth speakers and an LED cube light. This cabin is perfect for 2, but offers a premium mattress futon in the sunroom for those traveling with a +1. Let us know if you need a pack and play.

Very cool and unique property and house. We loved the feel and style of the house. Our favorite part was the hot tub on the balcony. After a long day of hiking or walking around downtown, it was so relaxing to come back and sit in the hot tub. We will definitely be back for another visit. This house made our weekend even more relaxing.

I absolutely believe this is the cleanest place we have stayed. We liked being close enough for dining but yet secluded enough to unwind. Great location, noise of the road didn’t bother us. Very clean and had all the little amenities you would need (blow dryer, seasonings, garbage bags, etc). Beautifully decorated and up to date. One thing I will say, if you don’t like natural sunlight when you wake up, this place isn’t for you haha. Lots of natural sunlight coming in which we loved, but wouldn’t be able to sleep in long if we wanted to. Hosts were great and responsive, would rent from them again!

We had a most wonderful time staying at this property! It was cozy and inviting and beautifully decorated. We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and enjoyed ourselves very much.

Absolutely beautiful cabin. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated inside and out. Hot tub was a plus. All the traffic was loud it was quiet enough around 10 so it did not affect sleeping.
The yard was beautiful with all the wildflowers and a little cozy spot to sit. Just wish some of the other areas were a little more picked up and organized. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Appreciate you sharing your beautiful cabin with us.

Place is well suited for a couple
Rained most days, but the property yields many places to sit and listen to the rain on tin, canvas roofs. Surrounded by flowers, and free roaming farm animals. So much privacy and yet close to Hendersonville (minutes) dining and shopping, flat rock attractions, ashville, biltmore (all within 30 minutes. Wonderful hosts.

We loved everything about this property from the lovely garden with the free range chickens to the eclectic and interesting decor. My daughter and I enjoyed birdwatching and relaxing in the hot tub. The property was immaculately clean and so thoughtfully equipped with anything one might possibly need. So convenient to downtown Hendersonville too. We hope to return soon!

The coop was a very nice, clean, well equipped place to stay for a week. It was very relaxing to sit in the hot tub at night to unwind. The kitchen was perfect for our untraditional Thanksgiving meal “pecan crusted bone-in pork chops.” The washer and dryer was great so we did not have to leave with dirty clothes. Diane was very helpful with recommendations and checking to see if we needed anything. It was a great week!

Extremely convenient to everything in Hendersonville, Brevard and even Asheville (only 28 minutes on side roads to the Biltmore estate). We highly recommend this accommodation.

Diane and Patrick were very hospitable. L we r us in the property early and even drove us to rent a car since Thrifty messed up our reservation at the airport. We even had a small birthday party. The cabin was amazing. Would recommend it to anyone😊

The property looked exactly like the photos. It was very nice, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub off the bed room. Had a small view of the mountains and was located with in good driving distance to many attractions.
The only downside was it is located on a well traveled road. But noise level was tolerable and with the sound of the hot tub and music playing you can't hear it. The property surrounding the home had some over grown vegetation. "Sometimes less is more".
Over all I'd stay at this property again and recommend to friends and family.

The unique cabin was perfect and well appointed with everything you might need. The grounds are a beautiful flower garden and very inviting to relax and enjoy the nature. We hope to return one day!
