Modern, custom renovated home offering open concept living room, kitchen, dining room plus 4 roomy bedrooms! Please note that we have a minimum booking night of 2 nights. Sometimes the calendar may be open for one night but we cannot accomodate one night bookings. Perfect for a family trip, work trip, extra family for holidays, vacation stays or special events. The space *Professionally Cleaned & Sanitized *Self check-in *2-car garage access *Internet speed up to 300 mbps *Brand new Washer & Dryer We poured a lot of thoughts and love into designing and renovating the place, paying attention to every little detail so that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Bedroom - Each bed has new waterproof mattress protector, bedding sets, fluffy pillows and more... We have four bedrooms in total. Master bedroom - a king bed and a futon bed Guest bedroom - a queen bed Guest bedroom #2 - a queen bed kids' bedroom - 2 twin beds Living room - Queen size Air Mattress Bathroom - New toilet seats; 100 % cotton hand towels, wash towels and shower towels. All of the shower heads are updated to Waterpik handheld massage shower heads with adjustable water pressure. We chose TRESemme 4+4 Deep Cleaning Shampoo and Puracy Natural Body wash, which is a local brand made in Austin, TX. We have two bathrooms. Master bathroom inside master bedroom - a walkin shower Guest bathroom - a shower TV in the living room - 65" smart TV with complimentary Hulu account. Or you may log into your own account for other streaming services. Board games - We tried to include all the board games we enjoy playing. The list is still growing and we will keep adding more! Kitchen - Has a full set of cookeware, silverware, bakeware and drinkware.

I stayed here with friends. It was a great property for 4 guys to stay. The property owner was very proactive with communication and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

There were two issues the owner should correct. The hot water for the showers would never get quite hot enough. It did not seem to matter how long you ran it. It seemed odd to me that there was not a drip coffee maker. There was a keurig with 3 of the little cups. There was ground coffee in the pantry, but no way to prepare it.

We feel like the pictures online were misleading. You would think it was new house. This house has no curb appeal. I was afraid to get out of the car. The floors are beautiful on the pictures but need serious repair. The owner is aware but did not let us know prior to us coming or offer an discount since the repair person couldn’t come prior to our visit. The house was not clean for our visit. The oven had not been cleaned in months. We turned it on and it set off the smoke alarms, because it was nasty. We had to clean the oven so we could cook our Thanksgiving dinner. Yes the owner refunded cleaning fee, but once again we should have received some of our money back for the house. Ants came out, not sure if it was due to rain or broken floor. The owner did not make us aware that the bedroom with the twin beds had water damage. The wall and base boards need serious repair. The master bedroom has no vent for heat or air. In our case, Dallas was cold and rainy so therefore the bathroom stayed cold so we had to go out and buy a heater to keep the bathroom warm. The water in the shower only got warm never hot. There is no tub to bath the little kids. No I will not stay at this home again. I had to do too much to make us comfortable and that’s not fair when I’m on vacation. I paid what you requested, so therefore all repairs and cleaning should have been done prior to our visit or the owner should have contacted me and gave me an option to find another home or offer an discount. We were definitely mislead by the pictures. I pray the owner will make it right.

My wife and daughter shared the rental with our sister/bro in law and their two kids. House was very clean, easy check-in/check-out process, simple instructions and easily accommodated the 7 of us (father in-law stayed the last night in the extra guest bed we had available). Very nice place to stay in the Garland area.
