Very Nice, Location was Wonderful, We were only Short Walk from A Local Jug Fill Station, Neighborhood was quiet with a small walking park across the street, The House was way Cleaner than mine, For My first VRBO I am Pleased with my Experience

We enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood fairly close to the tourist areas.

The property was clean and well kept. Great location just down the street from bath house row so it was close to several shops and places to eatHighly recommend if you are looking for a nice, quiet location to get away.

Loved the location and very clean! only comment want to share is the air conditioning are window units and we walked into the house very warm and it took hours to cool down and the units were very loud to where the kids couldn’t sleep with the noise.

This house suited us perfectly for the one night we had to spend in the Hot Springs area. I wish we would’ve had a few more days to stay! Located in a nice neighborhood that had a lovely park that ran the length of the neighborhood down the middle with a creek and beautiful natural area! Close to the entrance of the West Mountain trail. Everything was clean and comfortable! If you like walking, you could easily walk into the downtown area, but there is a free parking garage downtown, just look for the signs! Had cupcakes at the “Fat bottomed Girl Bakery” and had tapas at the Mexican restaurant with “Diablo” in the name (lovely outdoor area and great people watching). Spent a morning doing the tour of the National Park for Hot Springs. Worth touring it! The Grand Promenade made for a lovely walk after our tapas! Good stuff! Check out the fun, quirky, historical site! I plan to do one of the Hot Spring spa packages when I have more time to spend there!

I rented this house for a weekend with friends and we all enjoyed it thoroughly! The location is close to the downtown area so walking the strip was easy as was walking to the hiking trails nearby. The only problem was the house didn’t have a TV but I brought my own so it wasn’t too big of a problem, just something to be mindful of. The owner was extremely nice and responsive to any questions I had before reserving our stay. The house was very very clean, probably the cleanest place I’ve rented out and stayed in ever. 10/10 recommend.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was a very clean, cute little cottage right in Whittington Park. I hope to schedule a longer trip to Hot Springs and hope it is available.

The cottage was perfect for our trip. We were close to the park and baths.

It was great being close to downtown. We saw lots of deer at night and even a cute fox. The home was cold when we arrived (chilly day and the heat was turned off). It eventually warned up though and was fine. Bathroom door did not latch closed so we moved the latch from the closet door and fixed that. No frills accommodations, but again, we were close to downtown. Property owner was responsive to questions. Thank you.

House was a cute older home with everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

My purse and cell phone were stolen the day before these charges were made. When I contacted the owner to cancel the fraudulent charges, she said she could not help me. I already filed a stolen card report. It just seems like a property owner would help since I never booked this house, not did I ever stay in it. Still waiting on a response to see if VRBO will help me. The customer service rep, Rochelle, hung up on me. I am very disappointed in this owner as well as VRBO.

The very good things about this property: 1. Location ... immediately across from a beautiful park area with walking trails, and close enough to the quaint downtown that we walked there in 20 minutes (mostly through the park). Also Linden Park is five minutes away - good place to let a dog run. 2. Owner was very responsive to questions. 3. Very comfortable living room furniture. 4. Good wifi. 5. Adequate driveway parking. 6. LOTs of consumables in the house - TP, paper towels, soap and shampoo, and the always-appreciated coffee filters. 7. Very fair price for the area. The property would benefit from a "Welcome" or instruction book of some sort ... there was no information about things to do locally, check-out procedures, trash day, etc. The wifi password was written on a small piece of paper stuffed in a bowl on the living room table. The owner quickly provided us info when we asked, but it's customary to have this sort of info at the ready in the house. Also, as an older home, outlets are sparse - if the house's electrical system can handle it, providing power strips would be helpful. House would also benefit from additional kitchen cleaning supplies - there was one dirty sponge and one dirty dishtowel for washing dishes. No dishwasher or TV - not a problem for us, but guests should know in advance to make an informed decision.

I want to start by saying we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The property owner was very nice. We let her know we were excited about our trip and that we were celebrating our 10th anniversary. She left a bottle of champagne in the fridge for us. The home itself is decent for a short stay. It is in a neighborhood that is close to downtown but I would not say walking distance. There was a dog that barked all night near the property so if you are a light sleeper bring a sound machine. The bedroom to the right has a very firm mattress but the other bed is much softer. It took some effort to get the shower going. It has one of those faucets that you pull down on where the water comes out to turn on the shower. There is complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. In my opinion the place could use a tv. While we did spend most of our time out in town, it would have been nice to have a tv to watch at night when you're winding down for bed. They do have great wifi. I also think that some ice trays in the freezer would be helpful since the refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker. I also have had previous stays where the owner provided a binder with their recommendations for restaurants or attractions. That's very helpful for someone new to the area.
