Open concept from kitchen to living room that creates airflow throughout the entire home. In the living room, find a large flat screen cable TV and two comfortable couches that offers ample amount of space for you and your guests. Just off the living room is the gorgeous updated kitchen with everything you need to feel like home! From the bright white cabinets and brand new appliances, this kitchen offers an appealing aesthetic that draws guests in. This fully stocked kitchen comes with brand new pots, pans, cooking utensils and everything you need to make that perfect homemade meal. Just off the kitchen area is the laundry room with washer and dryer and stocked for your convenience. After a long day, unwind on your furnished screened in patio and enjoy the warm Florida sun, sit in silence with the sounds of the birds from the estuary or catch up on your favorite Netflix show with the Smart TV on the patio wall. As the day ends, relax in the large and spacious Master Bedroom with the most comfortable king bed and cable TV. We absolutely loved this property. From the unit itself to the overall gated property. Unit was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for the trip! The pools and property were well maintained and beautiful. We visit NSB often and look forward to staying here again.

Short walk to the beach. Very clean and nice. Nice pools. They had all the beach gear we needed, ie chairs, umbrella, canopy, boogie board and a Wagon to haul it there. It’s about 1 hour and 15 minutes to universal.
