An upholstered king bed has views of the pool’s blue water through French doors that open to the patio. An arched doorway leads to a generous private bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and a door leading out to the pool. Across the hall, 2 guest bedrooms with king beds share a bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combo. Stepping outside, guests can grill dinner poolside or get in a few morning laps in the pool. On the second-floor stair landing, guests will find 2 guest bedrooms with king beds that share a bathroom with a shower to the left and an open living, dining, and kitchen space to the right. This curfew will follow the same guidelines put forth by Rosemary Beach and they consist of: 1. Curfew for anyone under the age of 18 not accompanied by their parents. They will be asked to return to their rental property or leave Water's Edge if they are not guests. Refusal may result in criminal charges. Security will be on premises and will be verifying they are guests of Water's Edge. 2. No backpacks, coolers, bags, etc., capable of concealing alcohol or other illegal contraband will be allowed. 3. Dry beach (no alcohol) 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This curfew will extend for the duration of Fall Breaks and may extend past that time at the direction of the Board of Directors, depending on compliance and the safety of the community.
