Nestled in Holden Beach, this charming house for $990 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome NON-SMOKERS ONLY! SeaGullible is a new custom built, smoke-free property located directly across the street from the ocean. All five bedrooms have their own private bath. Quick beach access right in front of house. There are 2 large covered front decks with porch swings and rockers so you can enjoy the beautiful ocean and sunset views. You will find a large pool and deck area with umbrellas, seating and loungers. There are also 2 full covered decks located on the rear of the home overlooking the pool. A large kitchen fully equipped with cooking essentials. Home has a residential elevator to help with the assistance of carrying luggage between floors and a downstairs foyer area with desk and chair. A stackable washer and dryer located in the master suite bathroom and a full capacity washer/dryer located on the 2nd floor. Weekly Rentals include Bed Linens and Bath Towels. Cornhole and gas grill provided. Please note: If any smoking/vaping occurs during your stay an additional minimum fee of $750 will be deducted against your damage deposit and will result in a poor review. This includes any discovery of smoke odor. NO smoking allowed on the premises. No pets allowed.

We had a great stay here for our annual beach trip. The house is as shown and honestly better than expected! The kitchen is INCREDIBLY well stocked & we truly appreciated the garbage bags, cling wrap, etc. that we’re provided. Along with the kitchen, linens were provided (they are waiting for you when you arrive) & plenty of toilet paper. Communication with the host was fantastic. She reminded us ahead of time for the trash & was able to answer questions we had. I would highly recommend the house! Great location to the beach access (across the street) and the pool is great as well. So happy we chose this home!

Loved this house! We have been vacationing in Holden Beach for 35 years and this house is the nicest house we’ve stayed in. The location is great with beach access directly across the street. We really enjoyed the pool! The house was very clean and well stocked. The owner responded promptly with any questions that we had. Had a wonderful week!

House is everything that was described in the VRBO listing and more. Special attention to detail. Very clean, new property. Kim (Owner) was on top of it as far as any communication; easy to get ahold of her for anything if needed. Our family really enjoyed the pool, outdoor porch and the easy access to beach right across the street. Only complaint would be the traffic noise on road when sitting out on front porch but other than that I would stay her again!!

We had a perfect week at the beach at this home. It was equipped with everything that you could need or want. The porch swings were a great way to swing grandchildren to sleep. The property owner was very responsive with questions. This property is definitely a repeat home for us.

We’ve been to Holden Beach for the last 12-15 years and rented many homes. This house was incredible with no details overlooked. We loved the elevator on moving days and the double ice maker was a hit! Kim was outstanding in communication as well.

This house is beautifully appointed! The outdoor area is lovely as well with lots of seating, 2 umbrellas, an outdoor shower and resort style pool with a seating ledge. The house is directly across the street from the beach access which is so convenient! There are no steps at the beach access which was great for my older parents. The elevator was a life saver as well! We loved that every room had its own bathroom. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
