A lavish beachside vacation awaits you at this beautiful split plan 3-bed/2-bath, 2nd floor apartment located across the street from pristine beach. Spanning almost 1,700 sq ft with a private entrance, this home offers the perfect blend of privacy and gathering space for families and friends.

• Primary en-suite 1 (North): King bed, large walk-in closet, and bathroom with a huge walk-in shower.
• Primary en-suite 2 (South): Queen bed, with a jetted tub/shower combo, and an attached kids' room with a full-size bed (accessible through the master).
• Work & Lounge: A dedicated sitting room/office space, a front balcony perfect for catching spectacular sunrises, and an upper back deck for watching the sunset.

• EV Charging: Drive green during your stay with a dedicated 220-volt outlet in the 2-car garage to plug in your own EV charger.

All around great experience. The house was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to the beach. Everything was smooth from check in to check out.

The property is immaculate and well stocked, accurately described in the review, with generous provision of laundry and dish detergent. Beautiful landscaping. A short walk from a very nice beach. The owner was a little too intrusive, texting us multiple times about our stay involving multiple requests and confirmations about our arrival, not using the VRBO app but our personal cell phones, and questions about why we used the pullout couch for our oldest child which seemed unnecessary. We were also charged a “biohazard “ fee for cleaning new spots on a rug and a mattress which we were surprised about. Bottom line: if you stay here, it will be nice, but be aware the apartment will be examined very carefully after you leave and you will be charged for any previously unnoticed/new damage.

We had a wonderful time, loved the house and loved seeing the turtles at the beautiful beach.

Owners are very thoughtful to provide for all of the essentials... And then some.Home is comfortable and clean. Beach is just a short walk across the street. Convenience store (gas station) and Pirate Jim's (a great little bait shop) are right next door.
