Place was well suited for our trip to play some golf in the area. Taylor was super responsive and squared away any issues very quickly (all were minor). Really enjoyed our stay!

Overall good, worst part of the stay was all the floors were dirty, pet hair on floor couches and flying around once we used the fans.

We had a big tree roach crawl up on the couch with us while we were watching TV and found several more on the floor during our stay. BIG DOWNSIDE for my daughters! It was obvious that owner has made some efforts to upgrade the countertops of this older home. Needs to replace batteries in wall clock, TV, and AC remotes which were dead. Also replace burned out light bulbs in bathroom and repair AC vents in the downstairs bedroom and living areas that either didn't work or were hanging off the wall. We appreciated ample supply of coffee pods. Furnishings were adequate. We will not be returning.

This was a great place. I spent Christmas & New Year’s here. It was close to family, friends and shopping. It was clean and nicely furnished. The host Taylor was quite accommodating, and very personable. I look forward to staying here again

We rented this property for a week to visit our kids who attend college at 2 different Alabama Universities. We were able to have some of the kids from school come by and serve them a home cooked meal. The location was great having a local park nearby. We made use of the walking path as often as we could. All of the neighbors greeted us with a friendly hello. Everything in the house worked optimally. The washer/dryer and all kitchen appliances. Never ran out of hot water. If we stay in the area again we would definitely stay here again. Owners were responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to everything, restaurants, bowling, downtown. A+

Overall, a great place with room to spread out after a long drive. The bathrooms are tiny but it definitley helped to have two. The location is close to all the major sites and very easy to get to. Parking is on the street but we never had an issue finding a spot. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, but it was nice to have so many. I would recommend having more blankets available since the bedrooms were cooler than the rest of the house. This place was a great value for the size and location.

Taylor was quickly responsive to questions during our stay. We had plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. Great location means you're close to restaurants, shopping, and interstate.

Very comfortable place to stay with all the amenities. Bonus having two very nice parks nearby - one with a dog park and adjoining museums…. Also convenient to major shopping and restaurant districts. Lovely place to stay!

This property does not measure up to most of the "perfect" reviews I read. The host provides some thoughtful touches such as water, potato chips, coffee and creamer in the kitchen; and soap, shampoo and lotion in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. However the property had not been cleaned when we arrived. After contacting the host she sent someone over to clean and make the beds and refunded the cleaning fee we had paid. While waiting for the cleaner I noticed that one section of the couch was broken. I messaged the host, but received no response. When the cleaner arrived I mentioned the couch and was informed that the host already knew about it and was working on getting a new one. Half of the couch was only partially usable and we had a party of 5 staying there. This home should never have been rented to us in this condition! Additionally, this home needs a very deep professional clean and some TLC maintenance. I communicated all of this to the host with no satisfactory result. I was told that I was just someone who complained about everything and why didn't I just leave if we didn't like it. In response I told the host that previous renters were not refunded if they left the property and we could not afford to pay for additional lodging - even if there were any available in the local area (there were big events going on at the nearby AFB). I was offered a small refund, but it came with conditions. I was about to reply to the message today and when I went into my account all of the emails proving my communication have mysteriously disappeared.

This is an amazing home beds very comfortable check in was a breeze, it's in a good location close to restaurants and convenient stores neighborhood was great we had plenty of privacy with a fenced in back yard . My only negative thing is I wish it was cable t.v but we did enjoy Netflix for our movie night. Very spacious and clean we will definitely stay again if available when we're in town.

Great quiet neighborhood outside of Montgomery. House was convenient for us as we were moving our daughters from Michigan to Auburn. Very friendly and communicative owners. Pet friendly as well, with a nice fenced in side yard. Highly recommend!

My wife and I lived in a home like this when we were 25 and thought it was great. Now that we’re adults and understand what a nice place that we would rent looks like. This isn’t it…. The place was disgusting. Dirty… Dog Poop everywhere in backyard.. Floors not mopped.. counters with crumbs all over… The air vents are black with dirt.. The fenced in backyard has tons of loose boards.. The neighborhood is SCARY. We stayed at a hotel and the owner wouldn’t give us a refund. So….

We were on vacation in Montgomery and rented this property for 3 nights. First let me say that Taylor is a great host - quick to respond and checked in on us the next day to see how things were going. The property was as advertised with lovely and comfy decor. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed safe. The house is in a good location - less than a 15 min drive from downtown and about 10 min from shops and several restaurants. If you've never been to Montgomery, we highly recommend Pies & Pints (get the Classic pizza), Bruster's for ice cream, and Pannie-George's @ The Legacy Museum for great, southern cooking. Also, rent Taylor's place if you can! Thanks again for a great stay!

The home was nice and depicted like the advertisement…plenty of space to spread out. It is well stocked with kitchen necessities and toiletries. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the downtown area. Taylor was quick to respond at checkin. We enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future!!
