Situated in Belmont, this attractive cottage for $159 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to adorable Belmont where charm blossoms and so does our cottage. Recently renovated with heart and love, it’s an old house but we think it’s pretty sweet and we hope our guests do too. New mattresses, new furniture, tankless water heater and all new appliances - we made an old house shine again. We are a 15 min walk to downtown and all that Belmont has to offer or just enjoy the space, eat al fresco or swing in the hammock. You’re home at Belmont Cottage. *New starting Jan 2023 - ask us about our mid-term stay options The whole cottage is dedicated to our guests. The Space - Beautiful natural light, vaulted ceilings, gorgeous chandelier, vertical shiplap, gold hardware and neutral, soothing decor. Let your eyes rest in this soothing abode. Relax in the open space making it easy to chat on the sofa while some cooks in the kitchen. Our smart ROKU tv allows you stream your own streaming accounts. Head to the master bedroom where a new king mattress awaits with its own ensuite bathroom and rainfall shower head. We have a cozy (ie small) second bedroom that has a full bed with a lofted twin mattress over the full bunk for a whimsical room that allows additional sleeping options. To sleep 3 in this room, I recommend kids or 2 adults understanding that one will have to climb to the lofted twin bed. The second bathroom is located off the den with a tub/shower combo. The house is on a tankless water heater - hot water might take a few more seconds to heat up but once it does, it will never run out. Enjoy the gas grill outside or electric stove inside. The whole house is cooled and heated by a mini-split system. This means each room can have their own temperature. A unique option with this cottage is that it is located behind our sister Airbnb - The Belmont Bungalow. Although both houses have their own private and completely separate space and yards - should families need to book both - ie for wedding weekends, holidays, reunions, etc - you have the possibility of having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to sleep a total of 11 people between both neighboring houses. Each home must be booked separately due to different calendars and cleaning fees, any outside use of space must still be approved if unauthorized guests are coming on site. This new listing provides convenience for those needing additional overflow space to have another house close by or for those choosing to stay private, it is still tucked away and makes a beautiful home away from home. It's always nice to have options and the Belmont Cottage and The Belmont Bungalow provide those. Smart lock code will be sent 7 days prior to your stay. We live close by and have licensed professionals should any problems arise, but we typically allow apps and messaging to allow guests access so guests can come and go as they please. We are a 15 min walk to downtown Belmont or 2 minute drive. Belmont is safe, charming and packs a lot of character into a small town visit. Check out our guidebook on places to eat, play and spend the day. Car, legs, uber, sidewalks to downtown… different methods and lots of options! We are located off of south main st in Belmont - you may hear street traffic.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely little property close to Belmont College, downtown, Belmont, and the airport. The home was cozy, and well furnished, had comfortable beds, and was very clean! Communication with the owner was smooth and timely. I would highly recommend this property!

my best friend and i needed a getaway and had a wonderful stay with everything you’d need in the cottage as well as having a homey and Scandinavian furnished vibe. we didn’t find it walkable to Belmont due to sidewalks and distance however, others may!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property, and it exceeded all expectations. The stylish decor and thoughtful amenities made it a home away from home. With the capacity to comfortably sleep five people and the added convenience of a foldable crib, it's an excellent choice for various travelers. The patio is a true gem, accommodating up to eight people around a table and boasting a grill for those delightful outdoor gatherings. This property truly deserves its five-star rating. Impeccably maintained with a modern vibe, it offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. Highly recommend for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

This hands down was one of the best properties we have stayed in thru VRBO. The host was so responsive as well. We were there with some of the coldest temperatures in this area. The water froze and we messaged the host and within the hour she had someone out to handle it!! The home was spotless, stocked and ready to go! Thank you for such a wonderful time at your lovely home.

We loved our stay at the cottage! As soon as we opened the front door and peaked inside it was a great feeling! The cottage was extremely clean it looked brand new. We had a couple questions for the owner and she always responded extremely quickly. We have family in the area and will be returning! Thank you again for everything

Cast of characters: family of four, two of which are our quasi-adult children heading to college this fall Plot: family getaway before everyone moves back to campus. Setting: This wonderful little bungalow was perfect for our family to rest and relax before jumping into college moves. Meticulously clean. Super comfy beds. Luxe bedding and towels. Plenty of space for board games, a movie night, lazy book reading. Close enough to Charlotte to do whatever you want, but with the small-town charm of Belmont. Highly recommend. Will be our go-to recommendation for that area.

The cottage was a wonderful choice for our week-long stay in Belmont. We took a 5-day kayaking course at the U.S. National Whitewater Center and the cottage was a perfect place to come back to each day for a peaceful, relaxing afternoon. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable. We cooked the majority of our meals in the cabin. It has all the cooking supplies (pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.) you need and there is a grocery store about a mile away. The outside patio and dining area is perfect for grilling out and enjoying the beautiful weather. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
