This brand new and gorgeous Beach Walker condo is perfect for families and groups of friends! As soon as you enter you will notice its modern and coastal decor throughout. Enjoy all the comforts it has to offer: a private balcony overlooking the lush canopy, a well-equipped kitchen, large TVs in all bedrooms and living room; high-speed WiFi; and a private washer/dryer. Relax on the beach or by the community pool! Both bottom-floor king bedrooms have bathrooms attached with walk-in showers. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with desks which offer a nice workspace if needed. The WiFi speed in this condo are capable of handling streaming and multiple devices at a time. Things to Know This condo has a premium package cable TV services. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community. There will be construction in the area from January 2024 - February 2024. There may be construction noise from 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This space is great for multiple couples or a larger family! There were some issues with ac and water, and they sent people out same day to solve the issues. We had a great stay!

This was our second stay at this villa, we actually sought it out because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Unfortunately, there were a few issues this time around. AC stopped working on Sunday and they weren’t able to get anyone out. Totally understandable but Florida in September is hot and humid and when you’ve paid a premium for the holiday weekend you expect to enjoy your vacation. This was amplified by the sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor patio being nearly impossible to open.
As far as space, decor and furnishings this unit is top notch. Plenty of room for your entire family, the kitchen is well stocked and all of the appliances were in good working order. The beach is a short walk through the charming wooden path and we saw more wildlife than we’ve seen in a long time. Turtles, snakes, birds and rabbits to name a few. While we enjoyed the unit, it just wasn’t up to the same standard it was two years ago.

Condo is nice but there were a few issues with dirty/stained linens and several lights that weren’t working. I notified the management company but they didn’t respond. Bathrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen is nice but I recommend that you provide a Keurig coffee maker.

We were very happy at 1109 Beach Walker! Plenty of space for our family of five. The bedrooms were super comfortable and very clean. The whole place was clean and renovated and well decorated. Our kids loved the pool! It's a great pool with plenty of deck space. We didn't really have an ocean view - just a tiny bit from the living room, beyond the trees. But that didn't really matter b/c the beach is just a short walk away!!

This condo was pretty for a girls trip with 6 ladies. The photos matched exactly, and in fact I think it looked even better in person. Super clean, lots of kitchen equipment and in a great location. The pool was right out the front door, the beach was gorgeous and there were lots of easy walking trails from the house. We utilized the Omni tram when we departed which was super easy (you just called and requested a pickup). The bedrooms were all spacious with lots of blankets, towels and pillows. My only complaint if you were there for a longer visit the toiletries were a little sparse (one small travel shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap) so pack extras. Also, no beach towels :( but they did have some beach chairs and floats which were not mentioned in the listing. All in all a great space for a group, we loved it and are already talking about when we can visit again!

Great property!!! A few complaints but would definitely stay here again. Need mirrors in all bedrooms to help with getting ready. It was 2 king but other 2 were doubles. It would be great I have more comfortable seating in the living room to accommodate 8-10 people. Kitchen needed pot holders.
Overall though I gave it a 10 because these things didn’t keep us from having a bad time.

This is a beautiful location, and a clean and pleasant property. The condo is beautiful and very nicely updated. It's also really close to the beach which is ideal. Our only issues were that work was still being done to the unit at check in time which required us to wait. We could not get hot water consitantly for showers, and there was no filtered water. The tap water was undrinkable, so we had to go buy bottles for our stay.

Nicely updated unit
Unit was tastefully updated. Beds were comfortable and location was great! I would suggest adding a Keurig and some drinking glasses. I ended up buying some wine glasses and solo cups as there were only plastic wine glasses and coffee mugs available for drinking.

Great family spot! You don’t have access to all Omni amenities but can do plenty . Bike riding throughout the property is a blast with all of the paved paths!

Great location, newly renovated, clean and cozy
This property is very well situated in the Plantation. A one minute walk to the beach and short bike ride to the Omni amenities. You can rent bikes and golf carts from Amelia's Wheels located in the resort area. Great food at the many options available through the Omni as well. Overall, a great rental that I would highly recommend.

The condo was nicely renovated. Housekeeping could have done a better job but other then that it was nice. On a side note, if you don't have a millenial or younger person staying with you, good luck figuring out how to use the t.v.s. That was frustrating as it seems to have all been app driven.....

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was spotless and the pool and beach were wonderful for the kids to play at. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo, but was not clean upon arrival. The management was very prompt in their response and took care of it immediately. Unit was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1109 BeachWalker.
