It comes fully equipped to handle any size vacation, featuring 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, at the best location on the lake with easy lake and road access to many restaurants, wineries, marinas, state park hiking trails, kids activities, parks, etc, all within a few miles of the home. Ideal for large groups both indoor and out with huge covered decks and breathtaking panoramic lake views. Please note: We try and keep the heated pool open as long as possible but when temperatures get below 50 degrees, the pool is unable to maintain swimmable temperatures. The pool should be available for use through October and starting in April. We hope the large covered Hot Tub helps fill the gaps through Dec-Mar! The best place to enjoy life on the lake is outdoors and this home comes with multiple areas to enjoy! Including a large covered outdoor veranda on the main level with stone fireplace, LED TV, large dining table and adirondacks to take in the amazing wide views, enjoy morning coffee, gather for meals or share memorable gatherings all throughout the day. The lower level game room opens to a lower covered patio with Hot Tub, LED TV and bar seating overlooking the lake and dock. All leading out to a pool veranda overlooking the main lake with large stationary and floating dock for swimming and boat parking. The home comes furnished with Comcast high speed WiFi, 4 large LED TVs with Xfinity cable and lots of room for family/friends on each of it's three floors and outdoor spaces. All the lake amenities that you could ask for including a Heated Salt Water Outdoor Pool, Hot Springs 8-person Hot Tub, Covered Dock, Private Swimming Area, Large Upper Deck and Lower Patio, Game/Rec Room, Pool Table, Large LED TVs, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Boat Anchoring and more! The main entry level has a large open living room with 65” LED TV, blu-ray player, a well equipped kitchen for cooking and eating with large groups, Master Suite (see bed sizes below), Guest Bedroom and full bathroom. The upper level includes vaulted walkway to 2 Bedrooms and full bathroom . The lower level has a bedroom, auxillary room and full bathroom as well as a large Rec Game Room, Pool Table, Wet Bar and 85” LED TV. Both the main, lower level including the bedrooms lead out to large outdoor spaces which are a convenient ways to enjoy the views and lake. Upon arrival we noticed the absolutely beautiful mountain and lake view behind the property. The interior of the house was somewhat clean due to previous guest trash left near the pool table located in the basement level. Also, myself and guest was concerned about no privacy in the common area due to no curtains on the windows . It is suggestible that smart shades be installed for more privacy in the common area. In addition, the grill was absolutely filthy and was the fire pit didn’t work . However , we still enjoyed our stay and made the best of it.

This house was perfect for our family Christmas! There were plenty of rooms for everyone and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Unfortunately, due to the time of the year, we couldn't use the pool, but the hot tub was great! We would definitely rent it again!

The location and peace at this time of year were wonderful. Lots of room and mostly kid-friendly. The pool was a wonderful feature and we were able to cheat the autumn and used the heated pool every day. My only negative comment is the cleanliness of the home. Lots of cobwebs everywhere, windows had not been cleaned and the open shelving in the kitchen for glasses and dishes was thick with dust. The fridge was not wiped down very well, and most of the bedding covers and rugs were stained. The cleaning fee that every renter pays should have taken care care of the majority of these issues. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and the company was very easy to work with and accommodated my pre-check-in request which is very appreciated.

My family stayed here for 6 days. The property was very clean and family friendly. Neighborhood was quiet and only a 10 minute drive to local shops, arcade and restaurants. There was so much to do from water activities to the game room downstairs. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Pool, hot tub, views, and property were amazing! We enjoyed hanging out at the fire pit in the morning watching the boats and had smores in the evening. We used the pool table, hot tub and heated pool several times a day. We even extended our trip a day because it was so hard to leave. Definitely booking again next year!

This property is exactly as pictured and it is lovely. Tons of activities, lots of space to relax and a great hot tub. The pool was gorgeous too, but too cold for us in late March.

This house was even more beautiful in person. I can’t think of a single way to improve this house, the location, or the stunning views. My family relaxed and enjoyed all this house had to offer. My foster son said it best when he said, “Wow! This house is on another level!” Thank you for sharing this house; we plan to visit again!

The house was absolutely gorgeous with a ton of space for a big group. The pool table, hot tub, and two massive living rooms were great amenities that were perfect for a large group of friends. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway weekend.

This was all our first time to SML, we rented this home with our extended family to attend a wedding and it was the perfect place for us all to gather. The house had every amenity you could want - right on the lake with stunning views, heated pool, covered hot tub, outdoor fire pit area, plenty of seating inside and out, wonderful rec space downstairs, full laundry, gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture ... the list goes on, highly recommend!

Brand new house...so many conveniences and amenities....exactly as advertised. Great private cove location and plenty of things to do. Host (Sean) was incredibly responsive throughout. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was the cleanest house, probably because its a new construction. It was gorgeous! I would highly recommend, 10-15 minutes away from restaurants and stores. My teenagers were happy hanging out there and my 9 year old was even happier. It was chilly when we went so we didn't go swimming but the hot tub was nice as was the 2 paddleboards. I highly recommend!
