Seating available for up to (8) people BACKYARD: Large area filled with firepit and beautiful nature views. We also have a large deck with outdoor furniture and grill, great for gatherings. Please do not go enter the pond behind the yard **TV IN LIVING ROOM AND BASEMENT** Do not unplug anything or plug in any console devices. Please do not adjust the TVs on the wall. Everything can be controlled from the remotes provided. FREE Netflix, HBO Max and Disney+ for entertainment. COMMON AMENITIES: We provide linens, comforters, pillow covers, pillows, toilet paper paper towels body wash, shampoo and hand soap. GARBAGE: Must bring garbage to the community dumpster upon checkout (located across from 4507 Lakeview Drive East). You will be provided one garbage bag in each bin upon arrival. I would recommend bringing a few extra Hours of Operation Monday through Friday- 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday- 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. WIFI: High speed and works with multiple devices to work remotely. GRILL: Gas propane included. Use aluminum foil and clean after each use for next guests. Also turn off propane and unplug from main gas line after use (instructions included in house manual). WASHER & DRYER: Guests must bring their own detergent. **THINGS TO BRING** • Beach towels • Food, drinks, snacks • Laundry detergent • Garbage bags (one will be provided in each bin upon arrival) ---Policies--- -NO SMOKING. If evidence of smoking is found, there will be a fine of $500. -DO NOT move any furniture from its original location. - Events, parties, large gatherings must be pre-approved by the owners. - Fireworks are not permitted. WARNING $500 state fine. - NOTE: Your safety matters! There are external security cameras outside in the front of the house and backyard. These DO NOT look into any interior space. - NOTE: All occupants/guests must be registered with the Hideout POA office at least 48 hours in advance by providing guest information to owner. - Reservation requires short term rental agreement, which will be supplied after booking request is made. Occupants and guests are responsible for abiding by all terms of the short term rental agreement, including the Hideout's rules and regulations. ---Amenity Guest Passes--- -(6) Permanent Member/Guest passes PROPERTY OF OWNER (Must be returned to kitchen counter upon checkout). **$25 FEE WILL APPLY FOR EACH PASS NOT RETURNED TO HOOKS** -(3) Temporary passes provided from the main office (located at 37 Lakeview Drive). DO NOT have to be returned upon checkout. Additional passes may be purchased at main office. - The Hideout administers and collects amenity fees, which can be viewed on the Hideout Association website. Owner supplies 9 pool stickers for the 9 guest badges. ---Nearby Attractions--- There is plenty to do in the Hideout, but if you would like to explore, there is year-round fun available at Kalahari and Camelback Indoor and Outdoor Water Parks and Mount Airy Casino. There are a number of ski lodges in the area, and if you drive about an hour there is fantastic discount shopping at The Crossing Outlets. For a day trip: head to New York City (2 hours drive) or Philadelphia (2.5 hours).
