Located in Fort Myers, this lovely condo for $75 per night is a great option for your next trip. This Cozy Luxury Suite with soft queen and comfy twin bed is perfectly located in the heart of Fort Myers. This private suite is located in our quiet and safe neighborhood that is regularly patrolled by Lee County Police Department. Our Cozy suite has granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, workspace, spacious custom bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, and double sink vanity. Enjoy the beautiful garden views from the kitchenette fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or breakfast in our lush garden with outdoor seating area by the koi pond or enjoy a morning walk around our scenic neighborhood. The neighborhood is shaped like a horseshoe, with it being almost exactly 1/2 a mile from Mark Lane cul-de-sac to Scott Lane cul-de-sac, perfect for walking a few miles. Within walking distance to the Whole Foods Market plaza that is full of many restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating and enjoy the local shopping outlets. Just across the street from Whole Foods is Publix, along with many more restaurants, shopping outlets as well as a gym. Perfectly located, we are no more than 10 minutes away from i-75, a 5-10 minute drive away to Hammond Stadium and Lee Health Sports Complex. RSW Airport is and Downtown Fort Myers are located just a short 15 minute drive away. Fort Myers and Sanibel beach are between a 30-40 minute drive away depending on the traffic. Gulf Coast Medical Center and Lee Memorial Health are within walking distance or a short drive away. Unwind after a long day outdoors with a jacuzzi bath or unwind on the leather couch while you enjoy our complimentary popcorn and watch your favorite entertainment on our flatscreen SmartTV. You may never want to leave! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: -Our suite has a kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster oven and microwave. (This is not a full kitchen; we do not provide a stove top burner or kitchen sink in the kitchenette.) -This Private suite is attached to our main home. It has its own private entrance, private parking and no shared spaces within the home. This suites is located on our property that has other suites on the premises. Our 1 acre backyard is shared. -Laundry services available to guests for a small fee of $15 to wash, dry and fold clothes upon request. If you prefer a local Laundromat instead, we highly recommend you check out "Laundry Max 24 Hour Laundromat". In need of directions? Message me! -Our house is under Central AC the thermostat is located in our main part of the house but upon request we would be more than happy to adjust the temperature to your liking. -Arriving into town before your 3pm check in? No problem! We allow luggage drop off. Shoot me a message anytime a day before your arrival and we will set up luggage drop off for you. -The Pool on our premises is not available to our guests due to liability and privacy purposes. Please do not trespass, thank you! :) Bell Tower shops, eateries and cinema are nearby. Visit the historic Edison House, have lunch at the Wisteria Tea Room in the historic downtown district. Enjoy the fun eateries and night time hangouts/ local bars. Dine at the pricey Verandah or eat at the affordable, outdoor Boat House on the Caloosahatchee River. Rent a boat for fishing or swimming. No matter what you fancy, you are conveniently located to enjoy! :)

Enjoyed staying with you. Very convenient and roomy. Would suggest more towel bars and hanger bars and places to put things down. Also some bulbs burned out in bathroom. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on small lamps beside bed. Still, we enjoyed the unit very much.

Open and spacious, great parking outside on the property. Bathroom is huge and clean. Description is accurate in being a cozy luxury suite. Host is responsive and very personable. Wish I had stayed a bit longer.

The place is nice and a bit quirky. It was exactly what we needed for space and comfort. The bathroom is fantastic. The large leather couch is comfortable and there’s a large TV for those who like having one. The separate breakfast area provided a nice place to eat with lots of light. Coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, fridge—all the appliances needed.
Caveats: everything is on one electrical circuit. We discovered that by using the coffeemaker and microwave at the same time, tripping the circuit and losing all power. Fortunately, Yana immediately answered our phone call and reset it so the place wasn’t left without air conditioning. I suggested some signage to prevent it in the future as I don’t expect any rental to rewire to pass a safety inspection. There’s a tiny fabric closet and we purchased hangers. That’s likely not an issue for someone on holiday, but I had an two events which called for a dressing up.
We adore Yana, the host. So sweet and super responsive. We may come back in large part because of her.

I rented this property for my parents for a weekend stay. The property is in an upscale neighborhood with a hospital close by. They stayed in unit 2, which was good because parking was close to the door and my dad has COPD and is on oxygen. The only issue for my dad was there is a slight incline to get in that was tough for him. I had no issues with it, so if you're in good health, it's no problem at all. It's perfect for two people. Nice bed, the couch was tough to get in and out of from a sitting position, even for me. There is a cute little desk where you can sit if you have papwork or a computer you'd like to use. There is a great little kitchenette area that has a table with three chairs, a countertop with a coffee machine (bring coffee for it), a toaster oven, microwave and mini fridge. They put out a granola bar, pop tarts, instant coffee, sugar (a couple types of sweeteners) and I'm sure I'm forgetting what else was there. Overall, it was a great little place for my parents to spend the weekend! I'd recommend this to any couple looking for a nice quiet place for a getaway. And it's not far from many places to eat and shop! Very convenient location. Overall, it was great!
*** I'd make a suggestion that they put a recliner or some other sitting apparatus in the kitchenette area. It would be a great place to read in a comfortable chair.

Good value, the bathroom was the best ever, good location, about 15 min.to ball park & airport. Parking was good & had a visitor spot for our grandson when we went to dinner with him.
Loved watching him pitch at the Jet blue complex. No problems at all.

We did arrive a bit late but entry into property was very easy! The suite looked exactly the way the pictures presented it!
We were centrally located between several of our friends,, which made visiting very easy!
Now as far as the owner I can't say enough! Met her first day and was accomadating in all of our needs! Very helpful and very pleasant!

This room has plenty of space to spread out. Very clean. Would stay here over hotel prices anytime. Fast food, gas and coffee are only 2 miles away. The owner is only a text or email away, she responds as fast as she gets the message.

I was in Ft. Myers for work and this property was conveniently located to the worksite. It is tucked away in a small neighborhood, and very quiet and cozy, yet close to grocery stores and restaurants. The suite was beautiful and perfect for my needs.
The owner, Yana, was so friendly and responsive. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute and she kindly accommodated my request. I will be booking again when I visit Ft. Myers next month!

There were multiple suites on site but ours (#2) was exactly what we hoping for; clean, amenities, plenty of space (which I was actually surprised about), with a cozy apt feel. Also, with living in SW Fl before…The location was perfect! Being just around the corner from Daniels & Metro Pkwy it was easy access to downtown FM, beaches/islands, CC and the airport. We couldn’t have been happier with staying here!! It’s a place I would definitely like to make our regular stay when visiting our home away from home. Like I said…it was perfect!!

The check in process was absolutely easy as well as the pictures don’t do the interior property justice. Very easy to communicate to the property owner if we needed anything. The only thing is that the spare towel was dirty but other than that, totally worth it! Thank you Yana for being an amazing host, we will definitely be back!

I really liked staying here. I dont like staying in the tourist areas so this place was perfect. It was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you felt more at home then a tourist. Check in and out was very easy. Communication was super easy and thorough. The rental space was nice, clean, well kept, and rather perfect for my partner and I. The sun room was perfect to watch the rain and get natural light. I was very pleased with this home away from home spot.

Home divided into 4 private entry suites, in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious, easy to check in and out of, accurate listing. Yana is very quick to respond. The bed is softer then we would have liked but that's always a personal preference. The jacuzzi tub is just big enough for one adult.

Rented suite 2 because of the jetted tub and sleeping arrangements. When we arrived on a Tuesday, we found there to be no hot water. Contacted host immediately. Took hours to receive a response. Told us to let it run due to it being colder time of year. Waited til next morning and tried again. Still no hot water. Host told us to run it for 20 minutes and same story about time of year. When we returned from a boat trip still no hot water. Contacted host again and this time mentioned that time of year has no impact on hot water heaters. Host apologized again and said they would call someone to come look at it. After some time, I asked if someone was coming. Host said on Monday. We check out on Saturday ,so that was unacceptable. So host said they would try to get someone else. Some time later I inquired if they had found someone. Host said they did and they were coming Friday. Still unacceptable. They told us to let the water run for at least 20 minutes again because hot water heater was on the opposite side of house. I asked them to turn the water temp up. Still no hot water. The host never offered to come check the water temp herself. So for 3 nights we washed up in cold water in the sink. On Friday we went out again. While out I contacted the host and asked if the technician had fixed the water issue. Host said no and that they canceled on them. Offered a refund if vrbo would allow it. So for 4 nights we had no hot water. Couldn't use the jetted tub that was the amenity that appealed to me when booking. Will not stayed there again. In fact probably won't book with vrbo again. This was our first time using vrbo because I was nervous. This stay proved I had a reason to be.
