Loved our stay! Such a beautiful place to go. We usually stay in South Venice so this was a huge treat to be right on the beach. No issues or complains. Owners very great. Loved the area!

We had a wonderful week! Being set on the widest part of the island makes the beach at this property amazing - no erosion issues here! The sand was soft and white and the water beautiful turquoise. Timed right with the tides, you can walk all the way out to the sand bar. We saw dolphins every day and were even lucky enough to see a manatee swim by once! The house is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We were a party of 9 and had ample space. The lack of an internal staircase to the second floor was a bit of a surprise, but not a problem for us. Andrew, the Host, was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful week of vacation for our family at this Manasota Keys rental! The rental was clean and spacious with more than enough room for our family.. A couple of my older children had to “work from home” and they had plenty of room to spread out their computers and work while the rest of us “vacationed”. The house was pretty well stocked with everything we could need. There were plenty of beach chairs for all of us to enjoy. The industrial size ice maker was a huge plus! I don’t think the listing made it clear that the upstairs portion of the house is only accessible from outside stairs. And while this was a surprise when we arrived, it wasn’t an issue for our family but I could see where others might find it to be a problem. But the location right on the water and the sunset views were unbeatable! Also if you enjoy looking for seashells and shark teeth, this location is for you! We found some of the most amazing seashells I have ever seen and more shark teeth than I could ever imagine. The privacy was also unbeatable. We probably never saw more than maybe a dozen other people on the beach at the same time we were there and everyone was friendly and respectful of others. But you just had to go a couple of miles down the road to find restaurants and a few shops. A quick trip over the bridge and the local Publix grocery store had everything you might need. Our host, Andrew, was very responsive on the couple of occasions I needed to contact him. All in all I highly recommend this vacation rental and would definitely rent it again for a future stay!

We wanted a begun in in the sun vacation and this property directly on the beach delivered. There was more than enough room for my family and one guest (8 total). You could definitely sleep and accommodate 12 without issue. The property can be split up and down if you have two separate families due to the setup. This place has everything you’d expect in your home - laundry, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, all the hot water my family needed to clean off after a day of fun in the sun, etc. They also had a few things you wouldn’t expect, like a commercial grade ice maker to keep your drinks (or fish that you catch right on the beach) nice and cool. There’s a fish cleaning station on the property as well as a sand and salt water rinse station. The pictures also just don’t do the views justice. None of the pictures my family took do it justice either. The beach is mostly a soft pleasant sand and the water was warm enough for the kids to be in all day without being cold. Minimal bugs due to a beautiful ocean breeze. I didn’t even mention, a beautiful sunset right out the west window every night. For my family, the verdict is in, this was the best vacation we’ve ever had. The only problem is we had to go home. Look forward to our next stay.

This was the perfect home for our 2 families. Spacious, clean and well appointed. The industrial ice maker was convenient and an added plus!! Andrew was very attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We loved this house.
