DO NOT BRING A DOG THAT CONSTANTLY BARKS OR WHINES. NO PUPPIES! DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEDS. DOGS MUST BE HOUSE-TRAINED. IF YOUR DOG SHEDS OR HAS ACCIDENTS, CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET. DO NOT LEAVE PET WASTE ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE. WASTE BAGS/BINS ARE PROVIDED. OUR HOA IS VERY STRICT ABOUT THIS AND WILL FINE YOU IF YOU ARE CAUGHT LEAVING YOUR PET WASTE OUTSIDE. Do not leave trash or dirty dishes upon departure. Dogs are not allowed on the beds. No dogs that shed. Extra cleaning or linen and towel replacement due to guests/pets will incur a 200.00 fee.
