This is also a storage room for us. laundry is only available for guests who stay for more then 2 nights and with request. Please do not touch other equipment other than use for laundry. *There is a separate rental unit upstairs. It is mainly occupied only for big events in Indy and is not occupied at other times. We will let you know when it is occupied. When upstairs unit is occupied, they have been instructed to keep the noise levels to low especially after 10 pm. This suite was specifically chosen for romantic retreat as it is in the heart of broad ripple and 10 min walk/4 min bike ride/2 min drive to heart of Broad Ripple village, which is a cornerstone of Indianapolis's youth culture and nightlife with it's thriving bar scene and restaurants. Village stays true to its motto "we're open if you are," as numerous Broad Ripple bars and restaurants remain open as late as 3 A.M. on weekends and often on weekdays.
