Situated in Innsbrook, this attractive house for $400 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our Alpine Getaway is pure luxury with fine finishes, a master suite to pamper you and the gourmet kitchen you didn't think you would find at Innsbrook. Sitting privately on over 2 acres of beautiful trees, with many hiking trails nearby, enjoy this year-round escape for a few days or a few weeks and have everything you need and more. This almost brand new luxury home was designed for work from home and vacation all at once. It's the perfect escape for couples – or bring the children or extended family or friends who will have their own space and lots of room to spread out. If you're looking for lake fun in the summertime, the Kitzbuhl Beach is a short five minute drive away where you'll find a selection of our kayaks for your use. Lake Alpine is just down the road and you'll be surrounded by hiking trails and the Innsbrook log cabin, all within walking distance. The horse stables and outdoor pool and playground are an 8 minute drive; the golf course and clubhouse about 12. This property also includes a hot tub for your exclusive use! This luxe home features a large hearth room with Italian leather furniture and a floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. A screened-in porch is adjacent for comfortably enjoying the outdoors. The large kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove (a rarity at Innsbrook) and top of the line appliances will make meal time one of your favorite activities during your vacation. A laundry room and powder room are on the main level, along with a beautifully decorated master bedroom suite with views of the woods, a king sized bed and a gorgeous master bath with large shower, two sinks and a walk-in closet. This vacation home is designed with the lower level in mind. Downstairs you'll find lovely additional living space for the whole family with tall ceilings and the same fine finishes throughout. Two large built-in desks for your remote work, a TV watching area and game table make up the large rec room. In addition, you'll find two ample lower level bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two sets of bunk beds and a trundle. Both bedrooms have their own smart TV. Four televisions in total are throughout the cottage. The lower level walks out to a patio with dining table and propane grill. All paved roads lead to our Alpine Getaway from the resort's main gate so don't hesitate to drive your luxury car to this vacation rental. Outdoors enjoy a large paved circle drive, basketball net and fire pit. And this is the perfect vacation home to bring your bikes and explore the miles of quiet roads just outside your door. Or just walk out the door and explore the miles of walking & hiking surrounding the home. If you're looking to impress or just to feel pampered, this is your place to stay at Innsbrook. This home is pet-friendly, two dog maximum, no cats. There is a $55 per night pet fee. Please note that we charge a one time property damage protection fee. This is actually a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen. Pros: - Absolutely beautiful property and would happily stay here again. It was just the two of us for the majority of the time, but this could easily house two adult couples and 5 kids (the bunk room holds five and they could be adults, but I don’t know many adults that would love a twin bed). - Very private and the two neighbors are far enough that you don’t see/hear them unless you need to. They are quite kind and helpful (see cons to see how we know…ha!) - A perfect place to work from home. While it’s not fiber internet, we had enough to both work and also stream a TV. Cons: - This could also be a positive for some, but it was about 15 minutes of driving once you get by the guard stand. Totally fine, but it is in the back-back of the neighborhood. Just be prepared for that! - A huge tree fell across the street, blocking us in. We called for help, but it was clear that no one was coming (per the neighbors: “Oh, no one is coming for a long, long time”). The neighbors across the street had a chainsaw and helped us with chopping up and moving the tree, as we had an event we had to get to early the next day. Obviously not the team’s fault, but know that if something crazy like that happens, the full-time neighbors across the street are super nice and helpful. Also - the other neighbors on the same side of the street. Cannot say enough good things about either of them. In short - really a fantastic property. No complaints about the team managing the property.

This is by far the nicest VRBO property I’ve ever booked. Everything about it was sunning. Tucked back in the woods, but still close to all the resort activities. The huge modern kitchen is amazing, we cooked both days, and Saturday night made a prime rib… it was PERFECT! The fireplace was great, and we really enjoyed the hot tub as well. If I could give this property 10 stars I definitely would! Thanks, and we will book again!

Great property tucked away at the end of a road. Lots of trees and wildlife. The house was week stocked and clean with modern amenities. Hot tub was perfect.

This was such a lovely place to relax with our family of six. Plenty of space to spread out, and beautiful spaces to gather. The only thing that could have been better is communication with the renter; I had emailed and texted asking if two items were in the home; I never heard back from the renter. But overall, a wonderful experience, we would definitely come back!

Our family had a great time at this property, set back in the woods without another home in sight. What a peaceful setting and great for our family of 6! Amenities were fantastic for making meals and the bedding for everyone was great as well. I would highly recommend this property to others and would absolutely stay here again. Enjoyed the fire pit during cool evenings while the kids enjoyed playing basketball. Fun time and great memories!

The kitchen was well equipped and the linens were all very nice!! We loved the screened in porch and only wish it had been warmer during our stay!!! Wish we could have stayed longer!!
