Situated in Lexington, this attractive house for $453 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Summary: This luxury 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom home was fully renovated in 2020. Conveniently located in the Southland community close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Located approx 10 minutes from UK Campus, 15 minutes to Keeneland, 250minutes to the horse park and 40 minutes to the Ark encounter. Our home is equipped with brand new kitchen and baths and set up with dual living spaces upstairs and down. The bedrooms are equipped with luxury memory phone mattresses that will surely delight! Video Surveillance: – The Property has exterior cameras placed as a doorbell camera and 1 on the back deck. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, pet policy, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. The Space: The home has a total of 5 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms 1st Floor: Master Bedroom w/ King Bed + Full Bathroom Bedroom #2: King Bed Bedroom #3: King Bed Additional Full Bath is Shared by Bedroom #2 + #3 Basement: Bedroom #1: 2 Full Beds Bedroom #2: 1 King Bedroom Basement Bathroom is Shared by Bedrooms #1 + #2 Guest Access: Please note that we have placed an electronic lock on the front door for easy quick access. You are welcome to arrive any time after your check-in window. Getting Around: We're lucky to live in a city where driving is an easy option for getting around. The parking isn't usually too much of problem, and you can hail either Uber or Lyft right from your driveway! Interaction with Guests: I am available through calls or texts.

We had a great stay at this property! It was a lovely home with everything we needed! It was clean and, had plenty of space for everyone! We really enjoyed having the hot tub! Seth was great about checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything! He also gave some wonderful suggestions on where to eat! I would highly recommend this property!

What a lovely home we stayed in for our trip to Kentucky to visit the Ark. So clean, comfortable and cozy - all we could ask for. Everybody enjoyed the hot tub and hosts were wonderfully accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend and hope to be back some day.

The 5 full bedrooms and 3 full baths served our large family (6 adults and 3 large teens!) well. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The hot tub was marvelous. Best of all, we had a few minor issues and the hosts were there immediately to address them. Great place to stay.

My 2 brothers, sister and brother-in-law and I were in town to visit relatives. Our time was spent away from the rental with relatives. We went to bed shortly after we got home and left shortly after we got up. Everything seemed to be great. Basement toilet runs for awhile after flushing. Beds were comfotable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was just as advertised. It was perfectly suited for the 7 of us! The towels, linens, kitchen supplies were all very nice. Seth was outstanding. We had a minor issue with the ice maker and he was right on it!!!

Owners were so good about communication and the house was beautiful! Everything was clean and the set up was great! We LOVED the game room and outdoor space. the owner even reached out and upgraded us to a bigger house down the street !! It was such a sweet surprise and we had the best weekend !!

The location was perfect with ample parking, the house was clean and supplied with everything we needed! Seth was a wonderful host! Don't hesitate to rent this tastefully updated home. The layout which includes 5 bedrooms and 3 baths was ideal for our family of 6 adults. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance from a nearby park and water park. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the backyard patio and the hottub on cool eveings. We were in close proximatey to Keeneland horse track and fantastic dining options in downtown Lexington and Chevy Chase.

We stayed in this property for spring break vacation with the grandkids and daughter in law. The house was wonderful, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for all of us. Two teenage boys enjoyed having their own space downstairs while the two younger girls stayed upstairs with their Mom and grandmother. The home was very clean! And the neighborhood was very nice and convenient to everything. Seth was very attentive to our needs and very responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I (and we had 2 friends stay one night) came to Lexington for a few days and were thrilled with this home. The pictures are such a great representation of the place! This could be a great place for a large family gathering, and everything about it is so well maintained and lots and lots of room! Great area and close to Distillery District, UK and everything. Hot Tub in back is fantastic.. Seth was so good and welcoming...A definite winner!!

This property was perfect for our family. Quiet residential area, lots of room for guest and lots of convinces around. Loved the updated interior with classic charm. My kids found a fantastic park just a walk down the street so that was a bonus. We only spent 3 nights but we're in a good location so drive to the Arc, the mammoth caves and Louisville. Would definitely recommend.

We lived through the higher Lexington Wind storm that resulted in no electricity everywhere but with good friends and an understanding Host we had a great time. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Lexington and the home was just what we needed for three couples. Each had a king bed and bathroom to call their own and there were even extra beds in case anyone got kicked out of one! It was an easy, enjoyable ride to the distilleries in the area that we were touring with plenty of options for dining. The best was the big kitchen table perfect for six people playing cards! :) Seth was an communicator before and during our stay.

The hosts sent us recommendations of places to eat and some of their favoirtes. The property itself is great and could easily fit up to 15 people. Well done on available amenities and I didnt need some of the items I bring on my trips regularly. Lots of extra towels available which was noce. Laundry of site made it very convenient.
Pro tip for this property. IF you are going to use the hot tub during your stay. Adjust temp upon arrival as we didnt and it was not warm enough and we had to wait. Outside of that hiccup on our part it was a wonderful peaceful stay for us.

This is such a beautiful property, well maintained, sparkling clean, and the owner was just wonderful. He sent many pre-stay messages which outlined everything - check-in, how to contact him during stay, nearby restaurants and grocery stores, etc. We had 11 adults and a teen, ranging from 14 to 84 years old. This rental had it all - room for everyone to gather around the table; kitchen for several cooks; bedrooms and baths on ground floor for those with difficulty with stairs. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, close enough to walk to coffee shops and UK campus, and less than 1/2 mile to a lovely disc golf course. Will definitely stay here again when in Kentucky!
