Really safe part of town, right in between shops/restaurants and a huge neighborhood. Was able to go for a run and see the bay. The house seems to have been slapped together with unskilled labor and needs a bit of upkeep. There's also no outdoor space, no chairs or anything to sit and enjoy the outside.

Super comfortable and extremely well located apartment. Would definitely book again for another visit to Palm Beach. Very pleased!

We recently stayed at this property and highly recommend it. Justin (the owner) was quick with responses to our questions and very accommodating with any request we had. The house is perfect for four people. We had no issue accessing the property and all the instructions that were sent to us were straightforward and clearly laid out. The place itself is cute, clean and well stocked. You can't beat the location. If you are looking for a delicious dinner near by we highly recommend Lynora's, it's an easy walk or short drive. Also check out Tropical Smoothie for breakfast or lunch. Just opened, prices are great, food and smoothies are amazing and the young couple that own it are adorable. Can't recommend this property enough!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Justin's place. It was clean, nice, and convenient which is what we wanted. The place was once an older home I believe which is now divided into 2 places for rentals. So while it was completely redone and up to date, you can still tell it was an older home with some slant to the floor and then the entrance on the side is unique. We did have a few "oops" but Justin came right away to take care of what was needed. Thanks Justin!! All in all, we definitely would stay here again.

For starters, the property manager failed to get the check in information to me on time. If we had not pulled into the parking lot at the same time, the cleaning person was there, 15 minutes before check-in, we would not have been able to access the condo upon check-in time. We couldn’t leave the condo because we didn’t have the code to get back in. I received the information about an hour after check in time. Then, once we are inside, we realize there is a strong odor coming from a closet in one of the bedrooms. We think we narrowed it down to the vacuum, we had to keep the closet door closed for our entire stay. The other bedroom had paint peeling off above the windows from what looked like water damage. We came back one day to find a puddle of water on the kitchen floor because the icemaker apparently wasn’t working. A couple of lightbulbs were out throughout the condo, and the electronic trashcan did not work. There were also two areas were smoke detectors have been removed and one was in a drawer. Probably not up to code. The grass was also very tall. I took pictures of everything, but there is no where to upload them. The location was decent in the condo is suitable for the size of our party staying. Otherwise, this would be a one star review.

This is a cute, clean and modern unit. Two bedrooms and two full baths, kitchen and living room (and three TVs). Plus kitchen ware, dishwasher, washer/dryer, towels, and things like an iron and blow dryer, etc. Great neighborhood, just far enough from Hwy 1 that the traffic noise is not a bother, and 1/2 mile from Howley's ( :D ). The price is reasonable and the owner easy to reach by text or phone. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient for my purpose and enjoyed the antique stores in the neighborhood.

Good communication with the owner. It was clean and I felt safe. The location was good, you shouldn’t not have an issue finding a store or restaurant. You will need a Lyft to get to the beach. Aside from that, a nice place to stay.

The inside of the property is new and well-done; I loved the bedrooms at opposite ends of the house which allowed for more privacy. The location made it so easy to get around as it's located close to so much! Nice to have menus of nearby restaurants and felt very safe, would definitely stay here again!

The owner was great about communicating with us. The apartment was great. We enjoyed our time there a lot. It was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Everything was close. We would definitely stay there again if we travel down again.

Our stay in WPB was a great experience, and this property was a huge contribution to it! Very spacious, cozy, clean, and lots of amenities. Justin was a great host and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. Perfect for a girls trip or couples retreat!

The place was very clean, the location is great it is so close to the coastal and the beach nice area to walk around and see the neighborhood, close to the airport less than 10 min from rosemary center! We really had a great time there ! Thanks you !

The place was super clean and had nice appliances. I felt right at home as soon as I got there. Would stay here again.

After a seven day trip in the Keys, we had a couple nights before going home. So, we decided on West Palm Beach. This place was clean, and there were plenty of very nice towels in the bathroom. We did have issues with missing essentials which Justin brought over the second day. We did have to buy a couple of items before that, however. There are a few things which must be said. There was only one towel in the kitchen, and a few more cooking utensils could be available. We soon discovered that after a full day of travel, the living area is definitely not comfortable for two couples. A love seat would have been lovely to have along with the couch that was there. Do note that the second bedroom does have a stair at the door. A couple folding luggage stands or a low piece of furniture would have been nice for our luggage. The door lock proved to be a challenge, but my sister seemed to have the touch.

Property was very accommodating, close to many restaurants and nearness to airport was a plus factor for me.

Nicely remodeled home w/ all "new" features. Loved the recessed lighting and granite countertops. What I didn't like was the darn keypad to get in. It locked us out twice because there's a bit of a learning curve to use it (and my wife and I are pretty tech savvy). We thought the only way to get the keypad to light up was by pressing the fingerprint button, which caused the system lockout. Minor gripe, overall great stay and host was super responsive! We visit FL several times a year and would be willing to stay here again, for sure!

Great property, super super clean. Simple check in. Nice area. Close to the beach. One of the best experiences I've had with a vacation rental. Would definitely recommend.
