We had a great stay! Property was super clean, well stocked with all needed items, and property manager was very responsive. There were 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 6-12) and we had plenty of room!! The pool was right across from the condo, which is as great for the kids. The property was close to the beach, as well as lots of other activities and restaurants. We would definitely recommend!

I lost my key while golfing, Tanya had housekeeping there within a half hour to work out getting a new key! My snafu was covered to the best of their ability. Great location and property.

Omg we enjoyed our stay . Everything was so clean and everyone on the property was soo nice and our host was the best ever she was always there if we had question. We will definitely stay here again .

Overall, we had a great experience! The condo was clean and spacious. There were a couple of downfalls, one being that there were not enough towels and wash cloths for everyone. We are a family of eight and only six towels and wash cloths were provided. We had to buy more to ensure everyone had one for bathing purposes. The second downfall was that the door access code did not work. I messaged the manager immediately and never received a response. Luckily there was a key in the unlocked lock box we were able to use during our stay.

The property was great, location was right there by the beach. Also easy to find. Getting in contact with property manager was a inconvenient, called and text in the app. Only two inconvenience's one the attraction the POOL was not functionable. When asking the gentleman who was trying to fix the pool he said he has been like that for a while. So make sure you ask about the pool before booking. Beach is nice but the pool has no sand. Secondly, the sofa the leather was peeling off everytime my children sat on it and got up. But other than these things the property is great friendly people and quiet community.

Key pad not working. Never got fixed. No functioning ice maker. Never rec’d communication about checkout process. If these are corrected for future customers I would’ve given 5 stars.

Plenty of room, good facilities. The door code didnt work but a maintenance person helped us get in. The refrigerator acted up and froze our fridge items. Other than that, the place was nice. As far as Gulfport is concerned, there was a beach advisory after it rained and advised no swimming due to storm water and bacteria. Even on sunny clear days, the water was still murky. Calm waters, no waves. Beach could be cleaner. Easy access to the beach and easy to find parking spaces. Kids had fun looking for jellyfish (not harmful) and hermit crabs, and building sand castles.
