Was close to the airport for picking up folks. Slept eight people comfortably. Was nice that the property had beach towels and coolers for going to the beach. They also provided a charcoal bbq grill, which we didn't use. There were no sheets for the pullout couch, but the owner provided immediately.

My family of 4 adults were pleased with this rental. The property was exactly as described, clean and well maintained. the only hiccup was that were didn't receive check in information until 3 hours prior to check in time. However, once I was able to contact the owner, she allowed us to leave our luggage at the property prior to check in even though the property was still getting cleaned. Location was great and allowed easy access to the Everglades.
