Wake up in this Quite Paradise located right in the heart of New Port Richey. It's renovated and well equipped, very close to the beach. We are happy to share our well-proved insider tips with our guests to enjoy Tampa Bay Area at its best!

Entering the home, you'll be impressed by the open floor living room, which is highlighted by the built-in lights. The massive sliding doors allow in an abundance of natural light. This main living room area has comfortable, modern furnishing which faces the 55" plasma television. Between this area and the kitchen, you'll find a large dining table with seating for 6 guests.
Moving into the renovated kitchen area, you'll appreciate the upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The central island provides a great spot for prepping meals & entertaining, and it boasts two additional stools for seating. From the kitchen area, you can access the lovely screened pool area.
Perhaps the most exciting part of the home, however, is the outside back deck area. Spend your days taking a swim in the large pool or relaxing in the chairs. Imagine yourself enjoying a cup of coffee while taking unique wildlife overnight playing card games with friends and family on the cozy screened pool.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Lots of space to spread out, the kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds. Kids loved the pool area and pool table. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking.Only negatives I can really think of were that there were quite a few ants and bugs inside. The sofa has several stains. Could have more electrical outlets in the main living space. The pull out sofa in the pool table room does not have a mattress in it. We were able to get around this by pulling out the twin mattress from inside the master bedroom. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would consider staying again in the future.

Everything was excellent. It was like we were the first people in a new house. Everything was so clean. The pool was outstanding. We had so much space to enjoy. communication between us and the property manager was very good. We will be back!

Pool was great! Only complaints are that neighbor across the street was very loud 2 nights until almost midnight and neighbor next door has like 6 dogs that barked a lot, but that's out of the owners control. Owners communication was wonderful and prompt. The house had what we needed. Thank you!

The property had a few safety issues. A chair in the dining room had a loose leg and the pool needs to be resurfaced and the rail leading into the pool was very loose. I was unable to connect to the TV in the living room. I eventually had to use my own online accounts to stream tv in the living room. The sheets in the bedrooms were stained and I had to wash them before we could sleep in the beds. Also, the pool cues/sticks did not have tips. We had to go buy super glue to fix them so we could use the pool table. The property needs a serious cleaning from the dust on the lamps to the air vents in the bathrooms.
