About this house rental
Nestled in West Beach, this attractive house for $295 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This spacious vacation home is right in the heart of Gulf Shores! 3 minute walk to the beach, and 10 minute walk to The Hangout and the Shrimp Festival! This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with a king bed in the master, a full bed and extra-long twin bunk in the guest room. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the spacious living room. We provide a fully stocked kitchen. Drip and Keurig coffee makers available, stainless appliances, and plenty of granite counter space. Beach access is just across the street. (0.1 miles), Public Beach and the Hangout (0.5 miles), Waterville (1 mile), The Oyster House (1 mile), De Soto's, The Steamer & The Shrimp basket are within in walking distance. For a treat, "cherry on top ice cream" is just down the street. If you forgot a swimsuit or boogy board, Alvins Island is within eyesight! Souvenir City and Surf style are just down the road. Gulf State Park and the Fishing Pier (2 miles), Foley Tanger Outlets (9 miles). Be sure to try insta-cart from Rouses if you need groceries quick ! Linens provided, but please bring your beach towels. Starter pack provided of laundry detergent, dish soap, and a trash bag. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each bathroom.

Although we did not cook there was sufficient amount of cookware and dishes!

The property was just as seen in photos. The kitchen was adequately stocked for home cooking. Air conditioner worked too good! Hosts were responsive to the sticking door issue that has appeared in several reviews. They had handyman there in less than 24 hours. Bring your own blow dryer and hand soap. Washer and dryer work nicely as does dishwasher. Home is well kept considering it's age. Thanks for a pleasant stay. Door sticking is why check in got 4 stars.

This is a great property, conveniently close to all of our favorite Gulf Shores locations and just a short walk to the public beach (Literally, over a half block and up one block to safely cross the main street at a stoplight / crosswalk). We stayed at the end of the summer season in August, so there were a few wear and tear things that were likely just a matter of being used all summer, but otherwise, it was perfect for our family. Fantastic communication, easy check-in / check-out, and a great experience start to finish.

Great location, the house was big enough for our family of 5! My only complaint is the trash can was left full downstairs so we could not use the downstairs amenities because it smelled of rotten food and Extra supplies were not provided. Toilet paper/trash bags. One trash bag and no extra rolls of toilet paper we’re left for us! We ran out and had to go to the store to buy extras. Overall our stay was pleasant!

Stayed here for a girls trip, amazing location - walking distance to a lot of resturants, everything was clean. The only problem we had was with the front door getting slightly stuck on occasion which was no big deal at all. Will definitely be staying again. :)

The house is very easy to find with great access to the beach, restaurant and shopping. Very comfortable size and plenty of items to cook with for those that don’t want to eat out every night. The neighborhood was quiet which made it nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Everything was in walking distance including the beach and if not within walking distance it was only a short drive away! Pictures are slightly different than in person but overall very happy with our stay here and would look forward to coming back in the future !

Front door stuck upon opening, which was a little inconvenient. More toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags would have been appreciated.

This house did not disappoint. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to walk to the beach with ease. We were close to everything. The upstairs deck got plenty of sun and underneath the house was nice and breezy. The only issue we had were the amount of towels. It was not a major problem since the washer and dryer worked perfectly and we just washed them. We would book this house again and again. The hosts answered our emails immediately.

My family stayed at this house while our daughter competed in a Beach Volleyball tournament. We chose it due to the ease of walking distance to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. We would gladly stay here again due to the location, comfort, spaciousness and overall satisfaction of working with the owners.

From the moment we booked this house the host were super informative and responsive. They even allowed us to check in early which rarely happens when we travel. The house was clean, cute and cozy. My fur baby loved the back yard and my husband loved the location. It was around the corner from the liquor store and across the street from the beach. We will definitely stay here in the future.

It was great having restaurants in walking distance. Publix was just 10 min away. The only downsides were the front door, which only open halfway and outlets in the bathroom don’t support a blow dryer. There are some cosmetic issues with the ceilings in the bathrooms. Wish we knew how to use Roku to get local channels,

It was very easy checking in and out and out. My dogs liked the back yard and it’s two blocks from the beach. Plenty of kitchen and living room space. Outdoor shower is useful for the dogs and the sand from the beach. A couple of very minor cosmetic issues (like the front door isn’t perfectly squared) but we never tan out of hot water (a big deal to me), and we all had a great time

Beach access was really just across the street. So quick and easy to get to it with my little ones and all their gear. The house was perfect and very clean. Open layout easily and comfortably accommodated the 6 of us- -2 small kids, 2 teenagers, and 2 adults. We loved the porch swing and hangout space below. We Played horseshoes, corn hole, and a little scrimmage footballers well as played board games that we brought. Plenty of places to play and stretch out a bit. Can’t wait to come again.

We had a great trip. I have to admit, I have never stayed across the street from the beach and was really worried how it would be. It was perfect. The location is great with easy access to the beach. We walked to dinner every evening to avoid driving in traffic. I have nothing negative to say.
you can always find minor things in any place you stay, as I can in my own house. The biggest thing I look for is cleanliness , location and plenty of space. It had all of that and more.

We really enjoyed the stay in the beach house. Everything was nice and clean and orderly. Enjoyed the backyard with the pups and loved the porch swing. Nice area to take walks and all restaurants and stores are close by. Would definitely like to book again.

This location was an easy walk to the beach so need to pay for parking. There was ample space in the house for us and our two kids. My 3 and 1 yo appreciated the tic tac toe board and little blocks to play with and especially loved the sand in the driveway area to play in when it was a little cold and windy at the beach.

We stayed for two nights. Everything was clean when we arrived. We needed to reach out to the hosts for a couple of things and they were super responsive. The home is within walking distance to some great restaurants, shops, and the beach. We brought our dog and he was very comfortable in the home. There is a really nice backyard and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay! Except for a difficult front door and very loud washer and dryer, we very much enjoyed our stay. The owner was prompt responding to a few minor issues and the accommodations were comfy and homey and very close to the beach, Restaurants and other conveniences.. It was a great little place for our family and we look forward to using it again in the future.

The house was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near all the restaurants, shops and bad traffic. The house is just right size for our family of four and the kitchen is well equipped. We appreciate the grassy yard for my dogs. Walking to the beach was easy and the beach was as beautiful as we expected. The only minor drawback is the decor is a bit dated and cracked tiles show signs of age of the property.

The owners were very accommodating and helped make our stay very enjoyable. The house is very confortable, but I especially enjoyed the porch swing on the lower level with a safe area for the kids to ride their scooters. We would love to come back!

Very nice place and location. We all loved the short walk to the beach ... loved the fully stocked kitchen and grill was very convenient. Would def recommend this place to anyone . Would definitely book here again.. also a plus that we were able to get ahold of host very easy with any questions we had.

We had a very enjoyable time at this home. It was very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Plus a nice grill for outside cooking. Comfy beds and furniture. The very short walk to the beach was great! The owners were easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place.
