It's an OK place to stay. Not bad. Only a few blocks off of the main street which was convenient. The living area is smaller than it appears in the pictures. The beds were not very comfortable. It wasn't dirty per se but could have used a little more attention to detail. It was great to be able to bring our dog.

Pros: We loved the short walk to Main Street in Frisco. We walked frequently to get breakfast burritos, coffee, dinner, and shopping. A short ride (in the winter) to the Rainbow Lake trailhead was very nice. The condo was comfortable and clean. Cons: The Summit Stage bus was not very easy for commuting to Breckenridge to ski. We tried once and waited a long time for the bus and stood for the 30 minute ride with our skis. The management company for this property was non-responsive. We had questions about cable (ended up there was no cable as advertised, only streaming service) and issues with a bathroom fan (housing hanging open over the toilet) and the toilet seat about to fall off and we never heard back from the management company about the bathroom issues the entire 3 week time we stayed. Overall, we enjoyed the property, but would likely avoid renting from Vacassa in the future.

Great location. Well stocked. Downstairs bathroom ceiling was open and not repaired. Refrigerator leaked periodically and needed to be replaced. With replacement of fridge and range and repair of bathroom ceiling this would be a great place.

Absolutely perfect stay for our family of 5! More than enough room. Here’s some of my favorites about this stay. •Amazing location: we walked to coffee, brunch, the marina and even a late night bar. All less than 5 minutes walking. •amazing master room! So spacious and a nice retreat at end of day •nice large yard! The kids practiced basketball and soccer and we even grilled one night!! •out the kitchen window is a mountainside…I almost booked another house for views…so glad I choose this one instead! We had a nice mountain in the backyard. • soooooooo well stocked!!!! OMG! I’m always having to buy towels, washcloths and sometimes blankets…not here! They had extra extra of everything! •Great kitchen! Loved the gas burners and quality pots and pans We are already planning to come back!
