Home was every thing it said it was. No issues with check in or getting to the home. The back roads leading to the home were not plowed but the driveway was clear. The garage on the back of the house was an added bonus and was pleased to hear we could have used the garage if we wanted too. Had one issue with getting the TV to work but David called personally to assist in the problem. Had to watch the playoffs. The only down side was the basement was colder than expected. The space heater allowed the bedroom to stay warm and the upstairs was very comfortable. Overall this home is an incredible find. For the price, in the location, and the condition of the home, you will not find anything better.

Awesome stay, plenty of room for family of 10. Owner was very nice and there whenever we needed him. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall our stay and trip to Detroit was wonderful! Our accommodations provided us with what we needed for our family. The location couldn't have been any better. We were just minutes away from our extended family, and any of the activities we participated in while visiting. David and his team were very responsive and communicated necessary details in ample time. The only small thing I noticed was some residual makeup left on one of the towels other than that we would definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

Nicely appointed and ample sized home for our family group of 8 adults. Perfect location for our event in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants. Simply ideal for us!!

Here’s why: > David was really responsive and helpful - I screwed up the “unlock the front door” process and David remotely let us in (moments after I contacted him) and the reset the system for us. > The house is in a great location - a quiet street, easy to get to, centrally located, lot’s of stores and things nearby (and a great location for a walk if you’re so inclined) > The house is well appointed - comfy beds, kitchen with all the gadgets and tools you need, great layout, plenty of room to be together or spend some time apart > Every square inch of the house is thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and visually appealing - the layout takes advantage of every square inch available (the bar in the basement is a clever touch) > Simple, comfortable, and semi-private back yard - the weather was favorable so we spent a lovely evening on the back patio Our group of 7 (six family members and a significant other) loved it.
