Property manager was excellent. The house was clean. Slightly rundown but was perfectly serviceable. Large comfy couch and large TV were a big success!

The home is in an ideal location if your desire is to not travel far for the track or downtown. It’s is about 8-10 mins from either which was great. Ubers we’re not a problem obtaining from this location to get downtown. The home definitely needs some TLC. The outside was filthy and really needs to be power washed. Upon our entry, there was a broom left outside which was odd. The owner has definitely painted and updated the floors however, the place was not clean. I know they allow pets but the room to the right of the bathroom was full of black pet hair on both the comforter and the sheets. The bedroom to the left of the bathroom had an empty can of root beer under the bed and a hole in the wall in the closet seeing into the kitchen. The floors were dirty so much so that we couldn’t even walk without sandals. The bathroom to the left had/has hair on the ceiling and on the top of the shower. We know they had a house cleaner because she came back when we checked in to drop off trash bags. The place’s central air conditioning was great and kept the home very comfortable. I only stay at VRBO’s every year for the Travers and this was by far the dirtiest. Overall, it was a last minute book for the Travers and great we were able to even find something. The owner was very communicative. We didn’t voice our concerns during the stay regarding the cleanliness as if you are renting your property, you should be confident in the condition the home is prior to renting and feel the way the home is, the owner knows the condition of the property.
