Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll love the location and the ambiance of this bright and fun vacation home. The open main floor living space has a large living area, dining for 4, and a well-equipped kitchen with an island. The main floor also has a full bathroom and a small rear terrace. Upstairs is another full bathroom plus 2 bedrooms with beautiful, vaulted ceilings. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a smart TV plus a private balcony that overlooks the pool and tropical surroundings. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large storage armoire. Both bedrooms and the main floor have air conditioning units and high-speed internet throughout (60Mbps download speeds). There is shared laundry in the rancho.
