The home is dog friendly only – up to 2 adult, house trained dogs weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay is due at time of booking. An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.
Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. You are responsible for picking up after your dog in the yard or an additional fee may be incurred.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance helps protect your trip if plans change.
Please note we do not make any exceptions to our cancellation policy regardless of reason.
PARKING
2–3 mid size vehicles max – parking is permitted directly in front of the house in the gravel driveway.
A small boat could be accommodated in lieu of a vehicle (please confirm with owner first).
No trailers or campers may be parked onsite
No street parking
No parking on the front porch/home entry way
HOUSE RULES
THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) — this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).
The entire house is yours!
You MUST BE 25 years old to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.
No 3rd party bookings (booking for someone else). Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again! The house was very clean and stocked with all the quality amenities we needed and more. The queen and king beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep after a day at the beach.The outdoor space and pool area were beautiful and provided the perfect spot to unwind. We especially appreciated the gate between the back doors and pool area, which was a fantastic safety feature for our small children. The property was also very pet-friendly, with a nice yard space for our dog to enjoy. The beach was an easy walk, even with small children, although Highway 98 can get busy at times.

Property was great, located in a quiet neighborhood half a block from the beach. Community still small enough that the beach wasn't crowded traffic was light but close enough to restaurants and shopping if you wanted to go roam around.

If I could give more stars I definitely would! Every thing about the listing is accurate. This home is a hop skip and jump to the beach. And so beautifully decorated and super well stocked! This host didn’t forget any details so you can come and just relax. This home has tons of outdoor seating and you can watch the jets fly over from Tyndall AFB from the observation deck. If you want a comfortable nights sleep look no further. I felt like I was a 5 star resort the beds were so comfy! Check in/out was super easy too and the host Christina was very responsive. The pool area was absolutely refreshing and there’s even a giant screen tv for pool side movies or to watch sports while you swim. The backyard was quite the oasis. Every part of this home was perfect! I highly recommend this home for your beach vacation. It’s our new favorite!!!

This home is even better than described in it's listing!! Everybody in our big family loved it here. We had plenty of space to gather together and/or spread out when we wanted. The walk to the water was quick and easy, and having a store just down the road was a bonus for when we needed more of whatever. I'm so very glad we found this place.. we're already planning to come back!! ❤️❤️❤️
