Our newly constructed 2 bedroom/2 Bath apartment unit is ideal for a couple or small family. We are reasonably close (8 minutes) to island hopping adventures, such as the ferry terminal to Hope Town, Guana Cay and Man O War. Additionally, we are a few minutes away from the main grocery stores, local restaurant/s, boating, fish and just a few minutes away from the Leonard Thompson International Airport.

Dielta was a wonderful and accommodating host and her property is nearly new, well kept, clean and conveniently located near the airport, ferry docks and restaurants and entertainment venues in Marsh Harbor. I'll definitely try to book this property on my next visit.

Deilta is a great hostess. Tasha the housekeeper is a sweetheart. The house was perfect for a place to drop in after a week of sailing.

We stayed at one on the front end of our catamaran trip and the other at the back end. Both are clean and comfortable, but we liked the setup of Parot best. Dielta was always available to us, and we enjoyed the entire process!

From start to finish this was an amazing stay! Lon called us days before to check with us and give us pointers about getting to the Parrot. We received maps and info as well. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. The snacks and water were a bonus. We have already made return reservations. Highly recommend the Parrot!

Perfect house. We rented both sides of the duplex for a group to rest after sailing for a week. Lon was very helpful!

We came to fish and stayed here. Convenient to restaurants, the grocery store, and meeting up with our guides. All were only a short drive from here. Place was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. Zero complaints. I’d definitely stay here again.

All went very well. Abacos are still recovering from Dorian so expect some amount of confusion and lack of infrastructure, but the condo is great for 2 couples. Strongly suggest renting a car.

You are visiting the heart of a neighborhood with welcoming neighbors and shop workers. The villa looks like new. Problem with the wifi, but it wasn't a requirment of my travels. Area needs hurricane relief in the way of tourism and charity.

Very nice property. Very clean. Relatively new. Dielta & Lon we’re very quick to respond to emails, calls & texts. Super simple check-in process. If you want to do anything in Marsh Harbor, visit Treasure Cay and/or Pete’s Pub you will need a car or taxi (which can get pricey). The property is in a neighborhood away from restaurants, grocery, etc. Neighbors were friendly & helpful.

Dielta & Lon were very attentive and so helpful as we made our plans. Once we arrived, they were so responsive and we met our guardian angel, Taxi driver Jennive Simms @ 242-475-4832, at the airport. She drove us to the VRBO, gave us her card and responded to every taxi need we had: 6:40 am ferry p/u, on call ferry return service; incidental stops/shops to from locations! She’s amazing and made our trip seamless as the stay is a bit remote. We give thanks to the lovely Bahamian spirits we encountered that made this an amazing stay! Thank-you D&L😘

This property is cute and clean. They provided a jug of water and snack bag....PERFECT. It would be nice if they would provide a blow dryer. Luckily I brought one.

Great Villa!!

Great Villa!!

We stayed here a couple days before our sailing adventure. This house has everything, the location is great! It’s close to restaurants and a grocery store. The beds were all extremely comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking too.
