Peaceful Mountain retreat & Remote workspace on Lake Dillon. Close to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge. Walk 3/4 mile to free bus Summit Stage. Centrally located near I-70 interstate in Frisco. Great for remote workers equipped with 2 monitors and fast reliable internet. Kayaks provided during summer season. Please note, no open fire or grilling on the property.

Great location. So close to several incredible ski resorts . Accommodations very comfortable and relaxing . Easy access to grocery store , restaurants and downtown . Great spot !

Very happy with the space and location of the property very close to copper and a basin resorts. Hot tub is a great bonus too! Very clean and easy to check in.

The condo had everything we needed and the Decour was lovely! The owner was great to work with and kayaking on Dillon Reservoir was beautiful! We would definitely stay there again!

Cindy was an excellent host, making sure the kitchen was fully stocked and home was very clean. We had everything we needed in this home. Just minutes from all the wonderful things to do in Silverthorne, Breck, Frisco, and Dillon. Cindy also checked in with us to ensure we didn’t need anything during our stay. The bed was comfortable and included a pleather of pillows! I loved the lock system on the house, automatically locking made me feel even more secure. The neighbors are all friendly and the area is very quiet. We plan to visit again in the near future and will be booking with Cindy again. We highly recommend this property!

Finding it online, booking, getting to and having everything you need, was a delight. An excellent and accurate description is spot on for this property. Read the reviews and trust them. One of the cleanest, best equipped vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. On top of being comfortable, it’s location is superb. Close enough to get downtown and far enough away for peace and quiet next to the Summit County Recpath and the reservoir. Enjoy the water or walking and biking within steps of this location.

This was a great location for our outdoor adventures. We were able to bike along the trails, visit Dillion Lake, climb a 14ner, play frisbee golf, and enjoy the Frisco eateries. It was the perfect spot.

Cindy, our host, provided everything we needed for a beautiful getaway. She always responded promptly and the condo was very clean. The use of two kayaks was a great addition!! We would recommend this place for a great location in a stunning area!

A big plus for us since we used this trail for walks, bikes. It also is a quick walk to the lake to put in your kayak. Thanks for the great weekend!

Nice 2 night stay in Frisco
My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay in Frisco. Accommodations were cozy, clean and comfortable. The condo is a short walk to the recreation trail that will take you throughout Summit County. A big plus for us since we used this trail for walks, bikes. It also is a quick walk to the lake to put in your kayak. Thanks for the great weekend!

Close to Keystone and Breck
The property is very close to the highway for great access to the Vail properties and Copper. The quaint town of Frisco is close and has shops and restaurants. Even closer is a Starbucks and a wonderful Whole Foods that has a fabulous wine store next door, called Basecamp.
The condo itself has a fully stocked kitchen, a wonderful two sided gas fireplace, and a very comfortable mattress in the main bedroom. The garage was a plus too. Cindy was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location, great condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this roomy 1 bedroom condo. It is in a great location for shopping, skiing and eating out. The condo is clean, the kitchen well-stocked, shower has great water pressure and the bed is comfy. Owners are very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience
The property was great for the price, and my friends and I had a great time. I will say that if you plan on using the free bus service it is quite the walk. Especially so if you are wearing ski and snowboard boots after a long day on the mountain! Also, they do have a hot tub, but is not close to the condo. Unfortunately, it is not ideal to walk to wearing a swimsuit when it’s 10 degrees.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. It was a convenient location to many ski resorts in Summit County, and all the necessities such as grocery stores, but was a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the condo was very well supplied with normal everyday items such as paper towels, aluminum foil, dish soap, etc. We enjoyed the two-sided gas fireplace and office space. This unit is the top level, so there was no noise from an upstairs unit. The only improvement would be to have space in the garage to park to avoid the outdoor elements.

Best Rental Yet
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was clean, walking distance from Downtown Frisco & right in the between Breck & Keystone. The office space was great, the walk in closet was more than enough, the bathroom was spotless & there were even little amenities like a humidifier & Keurig that was so nice to have. On top of it all, Cindy was such a phenomenal communicator, I really couldn't have asked for more.

Cindy has a nice, spacious condo that easily accommodated two adults and several kids for a ski weekend. The location allows relatively quick access to a number of nearby ski resorts and certainly saved some traffic headaches. She was very kind and communicative and provided information regarding local transportation options without us even asking. The only couple of minor disappointments were the fireplace was out of order (but had a note indicating this and that it will be fixed) and the lights at the hot tubs did not work (though these are shared with other condos so not Cindy’s responsibility). Thanks for a lovely stay!

We were 3 kids and one adult. The kids had enough room while we were at the property. The place has all utensils needed to prepare a meal. We spend most of the time hiking, sightseeing and skiing, and it was very comfortable to return and be able to relax at property.
This place is close to everything we needed, restaurants, shops, walmart. And it is close to several ski resorts, 15 to 30 mins drive. I liked the location.
The owner, Cindy, was always available for any concern we may have.

Frisco Gem!!!
We had a great stay in Frisco for our ski trip! The condo was cute, cozy, and convenient to access multiple mountains. A hot tub after the slopes was a plus. The location was great for access to groceries, bars/restaurants, and even coffee!!! Cindy was an excellent host and very helpful. I recommend this property for your next trip away.
