Dock a boat right in your backyard, then host cookouts using the convenient grill house. The 18-hole Lighthouse links are a short stroll away. Unwind in the spacious living room, equipped with an electric fireplace. Admire gorgeous lake views or watch shows on the 55” TV. The gourmet kitchen in the lake house is anchored by an expansive island for additional seating. The chef in your group will appreciate the full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space. Comfort awaits in the lake-view primary suite, appointed with a king bed, 32” TV, and direct patio access. The en-suite bathroom holds a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, two full-size beds with full-size trundles, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle, while an adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, a 42” TV, and a handicap-friendly en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two-story guesthouse sleeps up to four guests. The entryway holds a twin daybed, a 42” TV, and a wet bar with a fridge. The downstairs bedroom has a full-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and 42” TV, while the bathroom across the hall has a walk-in shower. The adjacent game room features two 60” TVs and a pool table. Make coffee at the wet bar to enjoy on the covered balcony. THINGS TO KNOW The boat slip does not have a lift and cannot accommodate wake boats or center-propeller boats. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We had a great vacation house for our Thanksgiving holiday this year for our children and grandchildren. It was a beautiful house. Every one had a comfortable bed to sleep. I loved the big windows looking out to the lake view. Nice balcony to sit on. The boat dock and deck was very nice. My sons and grandkids love fishing from the bank. The house had the comforts of home and more. It was a wonderful holiday in a beautifully house with great memories. I would recommend it. I would rent it again.

Overall the house was great with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for 18 people. We really enjoyed the shaded upstairs on the boat dock, the large yard, the spacious kitchen, and the Lillypad that comes with the house. The only thing I think could be better for a house this size would be to stock the kitchen with more. Other than that, I would reserve this house again.

This home provided everything we needed and more. 6 rooms 6 bathrooms, huge kitchen. It was exactly what we needed and had hoped for. We will be back

Beautiful spot on the lake (river!) for swimming and boating. Lots of nice shade for sitting by the lake during the day and enjoying the sunset on the upper boat dock in the evening! House was perfect for our extended family and nice touches with children in mind. Great back porch and always in the shade -- south view of some nice hills and untouched land across the lake. Plenty of room for all plus the pool table room was a bonus! Would stay there again!

What a great home. Well appointed with great amenities. We had our two daughters and their families join us. In all, six adults and 5 small boys. Nice covered dock and ready access to the water. We will be back.
