This gorgeous third floor condo has everything you need for a great New Smyrna Beach experience. The building the condo is in is the closet one to the beach path reserved for Oceanwalk residents and guests. The path leads to a beautiful area of the "no drive" beach. The building is also right next to one of two clubhouses, each with a pool and exercise facilities. As you enter the condo, you will immediately feel the high ceilings and open floor plan. The tile entrance leads to the dining and living areas as well as the kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and real wood cabinets. A large breakfast bar with bar stools makes a great centralized conversation area. Large sliding glass doors in the living room lead to roomy balcony with a beautiful partial view of the ocean!
