This home has recently undergone complete restoration.
Two bedrooms, each furnished with a plush California King bed.
Two full bathrooms.
Living, dining, and full kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Smart televisions in each bedroom and in living room.
High quality wireless internet throughout.
The home sits on a completely fenced and gated private one half acre lot with plenty of room for fun and games (croquet, badminton, and bocce ball sets stocked in home as well as indoor games)!
Outdoor Grill.
Recently installed landscaping (soon to be lush and full of flowers).
Hot tub!
We love our customers!...and your pets...please note that pets are allowed and should be attended. The fence around the majority of the property is 5' high, while the fence around the front yard is only 3' high.
If your pet is over 50lbs please contact us. We are happy to make exceptions whenever possible!
Smoking allowed outdoors only!

Concierge services; need tickets to the Friday evening movies, info about and tickets to area events..? We've got you covered!

Lovely clean and well appointed rental. Comfortable beds and nice large bathrooms. Great kitchen and the yard was wonderful. Great privacy and love the gated parking. Such a pet friendly place. I always suggest to other dog owners bring old sheets and cover all the furniture in case your pup decides to jump on furniture. We always bring covers. The host is so good about communication. Flatonia is a gem and the market was fun! There was even a car show while we were there!

Wonderfully cute little house. Perfect getaway. The renovation is perfect. The master bedroom shower bath isn't much to work with. The hot water just dribbled out and never really got hot. We had to use the other bathroom. Couldn't find any kitchen towels.

The house is beautiful and well maintained, with lots of little attractive details. The property manager was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Would definitely stay again.
