Includes all linens and towels (1 towel and 1 washcloth per guest) - Fridge, coffee pot, 2 burner countertop stove (no oven), toaster and microwave in kitchen, including all utensils and cookware needed for a comfortable stay. (Please bring your own preferred spices) - Cable - Wifi - TV with Roku including Netflix, HBOGO and much more - Full private bathroom - Beach chairs and umbrellas included - Pool with large deck and lounge chairs (Pool season starts around Memorial Day and goes to about Labor Day sometimes into October..this is also dependent on the climate in early spring and late fall and could start earlier and end later.) Please note this studio room is on the first floor of our home and we do live upstairs. The foyer is shared We are a family with a toddler and a dog and so there will be some noise coming from upstairs during your stay that is unavoidable. If you're looking for a romantic private getaway, this is not the space for you. It is great for small families, solo travelers or a small group of friends!
