Uber and Lyft are very prominent in the area, so there’s always a car 5 minutes away. By City Code, there can only be a maximum of 8 people in the property (including the up-to-6 registered guests) at any time. NUDITY: The backyard and pool area are not private, so neighbors on all 3 sides can see you, please keep this in mind and avoid any risky behaviors. Per City Code (violations will be fined to you): - No more than 9 occupants in the house at any time. - No parties or events allowed. - No more than 3 cars on the driveway at any time.
