About this house rental
Nestled in Carillon Beach, this lovely house for $345 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Carillon Beach 293: Relax Awhile Main House Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Tastefully decorated with an eye for classic beach homes, you'll love relaxing in this lovely home close to the waves. Curated decor fills almost every corner, and the family-friendly space is cooled throughout with central air-conditioning. You may fall in love with the full kitchen, featuring plenty of counter space and seafoam-colored cabinets in addition to full-size appliances. Each bedroom has its own personality, and each features a ceiling fan for guest comfort. Take in the fresh air on the balcony upstairs or out on the front porch swings - there's plenty of room for you to relax. Enjoy access to a shared pool and tennis court during your stay. Need more or less space? Relax Awhile - Carriage House and Relax Awhile - Main House can be rented together as Relax Awhile. Things to Know Golf carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Carillon is a great development and the homes are impressive. This particular house is ideally situated right next to the beach access with a great location. That’s about where it ends.
Nothing about this property seems to be done for the benefit of the guests. For a higher end price, this should be way better. As a result, we would not rent this one again.
There’s more than this but I just felt the need to paint a picture.
Kitchen
- the cooking implements are a collection of odds and ends that resemble a college kitchen
- Literally 4 usable drinking glasses including one pint glass and one tumbler (remainder are odds and ends or plastic cups)
- Two wine glasses (but 5 or 6 champagne)
- We ended up mixing salad in one of the limited number of pots because no sizable bowls
- Fry / sauté pans are super old and everything sticks
- We thought, no worries, we’ll use the grill. Unfortunately, there is no grill (at the beach, that’s a deal killer)
- Also no blender (at the beach?)
- House sleeps 8 and table seats 6. No extra chairs that fit the table
Arrival
— no instructions for the house to let you know what media / other comforts are available. Figure all out on your on your own
— cable would make it easy but there is none so reliant on the smart TVs. Remotes scattered

— Dirty floors
— stained sheets
— dishes and flatware: food on them
— No desk so if want to work, it’s the small main area
— Queen rooms had queen headboards but mattresses were smaller

Loved how close it is to the beach, at walkway 1. Bedrooms were huge but living spaces are a bit smaller than expected. However the kitchen and living spaces are dated and not as clean as they should be.

Everyone in my family loves this property, as it sits right by the beach acess to the prestine white sand beach. Impeccable cleanliness, lovely grounds, and many amenities such as the pools and the little market. We only had an issue with the door locks, but that was purely user error. It's a bit tricky to operate as you must first lift the handles up in order to lock.

Sooo close to the beach, beautiful home with large bedrooms in the perfect gated community. Family focused area with beautiful pools, courts and restaurants on the grounds.

My family and I loved everything about this place!!
Very clean when we arrived and very spacey bedrooms.
What we loved the most was having the beach right across!!! Of course we only did have to cross over on the crosswalk but it was very accessible. Definitely recommend and we would stay here again in the future.
