The location and size and layout of the house was great for an extended family trip to Nashville. Check in was easy and the house was mostly clean. This is clearly a rental unit that gets a lot of wear, all the walls are marked up from luggage and lots of use. As short term rental hosts ourselves, we noticed that there were certainly a few things that would have made our stay a bit better. The house really doesn't have much in terms of stocked items, for example, no coffee, ziplock bags or dishwasher detergent to name a few. And the bathrooms could have been better cleaned, upon check in there was dirt and hair in at least one bathroom that had not been cleaned when the unit was flipped over. There is ample bedding which was great for our group. But the bunkbeds that are in rooms on two floors are incredibly cheap, very noisy and move around with any movement, so sleeping felt a bit like a ride. The management company was super responsive, however. We had a nice visit and certainly none of these things detracted much from our stay, but there was a bit to be desired as well.

Good location, 2 miles to downtown, good neighborhood, reasonably quiet. Loved the rooftop balcony.
